Erie Home was so easy to work with. From Gage coming to my home and explaining everything involved with getting a new roof. There was no pressure. Then Matt taking over and getting me scheduled. Installation was quick and efficient. So happy with how pretty my roof is.

They were very quick in finishing my roof they did a wonderful job and scheduling was extremely fast

I have a two story house with a 45 degree roof. The install team roofed 95% of my house in one day after getting a late start because of rain. They kept a clean worksite, picking up much of the debris as they worked. The second day two men finished the details and cleaned up everything.
My only complaint is that the final price was about 10% higher than the verbal estimate.

We were very impressed by the work done by Erie. From the very beginning everything was explained clearly and were shown the high quality of the materials that would be used for our new roof. The communication during the whole process was exemplary. The team was able to deliver the materials and complete a full tear down and installation within 1 day! The new gutters were completed the following day. Erie Home far exceeded my expectations!

They work was completed on one day, and clean up was very good.

RUN! Our family discovered that our 80 year old grandma was signed into a home‑improvement loan for 88k with a 10k fee and fully maturing at $182,000 for a roof replacement of her 1400 sq ft. home and double car garage. Quotes for the same work have come in for 16k-19k range. The work was not permitted nor complete although a certificate of completion was provided. Also security footage shows their salesman laying on this elderly and vulnerable woman's floor, he also requested all of her bills so that he could review to qualify her for financing... The legal and risk team justifies this behavior and has offered no solution to resolve this matter.

We love the looks of our new roof. The installer did a great job with the roof and the clean up after the job was done.

Said they’d be here at 7:30 AM, right on time, started work immediately, very respectful kept the yard clean as they worked. My roof looks amazing. Their cleanup was super , never knew they were here and they follow up with you to make sure that you’re pleased.

Very professional workers. Everything done in a timely manner. Great products and financing. All debris was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company.

We wanted to replace before I retire, and my wife learned of Erie Home online. I wasn't sure how much life was left in our current roof(no proof of leaking), but I knew it would need to be replaced in not too distant future.
They arrived ahead of our scheduled time, performed the assessment quickly, sat down and provided evidence of current risk/life expectancy of the current roof, explained Erie's value proposition of being responsible for both their product as well as their service(very unique to them), and then the quality of their two products(decorative steel/high-end shingles), provided examples of nearby roofs/service, and attractive finance options...We signed that night. They then contacted us multiple times to confirm agreement, schedule, expectations. Installation started at 8:30(in March) and worked into the evening to tear-off and replace whole 2000' roof in one day. Provided photos of the whole process. They replaced at least a dozen sheets of ply wood indicating the roof did need to be replaced. Roof looks beautiful and the warranty for both service and product will live long beyond me and is transferrable to the next owner(hopefully 25+ years from now). Kudos to Erie
