I ordered 2 clothing items from Erhars. When they arrived the fabric wassuper cheap- sub-par quality. I immediately reached out to the company about a return. Their website says that returns are easy. The first response from them offered me $20 if I would keep the clothes (my order cost $113 with free shipping). I declined. The second response offered me $36 to keep the clothes. I declined. The last response offered me $50 to keep the clothes and informed me that to return them I have to mail them to Dubai which is very expensive postage, even though I received the clothes from a distribution center in Indiana. On their Facebook and Instagram ads it states that the clothes are made in South Carolina. Both clothing articles have tags saying “made in China”. This is a scam company using deception to sell super low quality clothes that are nearly impossible to return.

Easy to order and the dresses were exactly as shown. Beautiful. Sizing was correct too. Will definitely order again from Erhars.

I am very happy with the products I ordered. It takes quite a bit of time to get an order which is a bit frustrating. One of the items I received is too large for me even though it is the same size as the other items. I want to return it and it will be interesting to see how that goes.

I was very hesitant to order from your site due to negative experiences I have encountered with other online sites—ie orders shipped from China and poor quality. I was pleasantly surprised with the product I received!!

Very happy to receive my dresses, because it took a month to receive the parcel.. It arrived in good condition. The tissu is very nice, not too thin and hangs well. The prints are beautiful. I am going to make some adjustments because my body isn’t exactly conform to size charts (my fault!). I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company.

I ordered dresses based on the measurements listed for each. None fit me-the shoulders were too tight. I contacted the company, saying I'd need to return them. At first, I was offered $35 to keep them. Why keep them if they don't fit? Then, i was offered $62 to keep them as "the price to return them would be exhorbitant". The return policy doesn't say that you will be encouraged to not return them. I accepted the $62 because it was the best the company would offer me. Now- I'm donating the dresses to a charitable organization. I've spent a lot of money to end up with nothing I can wear. This review likely will not get published.

I am extremely happy with my purchase! The dresses and blouse I ordered fit and felt absolutely perfect, quality of material exquisite! My sisters are trying to steal them…gotta go!
