All windows replaced on our bungalow. Great experience right from first visit through to job completion. Gary was great taking us through the sales requirements and the product/price were great too; Graeme and Paul did the fitting and were faultless. They even saved existing tiles so they didn't need to be replaced after the fitting. All we had to do was rehang the curtains, no other decoration etc. Thank you very much, guys.

All contact with the Sales, Surveyors and Fitters excellent. Everything explained in detail. Excellent door and windows fitted on time. Very pleased with finished product.

They were quick to come out and measure up The lead in time was a whole month sooner than was initially told .Happy. Then James who fitted the windows was brilliant, experienced knowledgeable and took into consideration that I had guests staying. Very tidy and helpful. pleasant to have him in the house

The whole process from ordering our new windows to having them installed was carried out brilliantly !The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and knowledgeable from our initial meeting to the final installation. We were extremely impressed and delighted with the result!

The qualityof the work was excellent and Keiran who did the work alone including in heavy rain was amongst the best home improvements that I have ever seen.

Donny and Alan were in great form all week with us, replacing windows and doors. Knew what they were doing and got on with it quickly, quietly and efficiently. Left the house clean and tidy. I’d recommend these two guys and ERG without any hesitation. Nicely done!

We cannot praise ERG Scotland enough We had 2 fitters Alan & John that came to do our windows in our old cottage. They turned up when they we're supposed to and braved fitting our windows in the snow,wind and rain and never let up until the job was complete .
Clean tidy all the way through and showed respect to our property and belongings
We had, had a bad experience with doors with another local company and had lost faith in double glazing companies but ERG has now restored that faith,and I can't thank them enough

Helpful and informative during the ordering process. The glaziers turned up at the time promised, fitted and cleaned the windows to a very high standard, leaving everything clean and tidy after they went. Really nice guys too. Would definitely use this company again.

Recently had 4 windows and a door supplied and installed by this local business. The whole process from start to finish was flawless and easy.
The completed job deserves 5 stars especially the staff and Neil the fitter/joiner. He was very fast and more importantly left a very clean job, inside and out.
Very pleased and looking forward to getting the rest of the house (front) done.

The staff are extremely attentive, efficient and transparent, offering a fantastic service. I am aware from friends who have used the company, that their aftercare service is first class too. The windows are great looking and very functional. The long guarantee is also outstanding, compared to their competition.

We had two sets of patio doors, a back door and a window replaced a few months ago. They have all been subjected to full-on Fort William storm weather so this review covers performance too.
From start to finish ERG have been first class.
The initial consultation was very informative without any sales pressure and we felt confident with the company and their history. Once the price was agreed a detailed survey was conducted and our new doors and window were installed slightly ahead of the anticipated date.
Throughout the process ERG staff were always courteous and friendly and the attention to detail on the product and installation is second to none.
Our home is noticeably warmer and the performance of the installation easily handled all the storms threw at it.
The after sales service is excellent and it is uncommon to find a company who will go the extra mile + should that be needed.
I would recommend ERG to anyone who needs windows and doors. Top quality products and services!

We had new external doors and a replacement glass roof on an old Everest conservatory. All the workmen were efficient, friendly and on time. The materials are very good quality. The office communication was excellent and a couple of little niggles were noted and passed on efficiently which made the whole process very stress less for us. All good so would recommend this company.

Having been let down dreadfully for over 12 months by Arena Home Solutions (do not TOUCH this company) we ended up choosing ERG for our composite door...we were told roughly 8 weeks from ordering to fitting and they were 100% spot on. Lovely informative ladies in the office, kept in the loop either by email/Voicemail etc. Very happy with our new composite front door...highly recommend this company...thank you
