Ergohuman Australia do not have a good customer service unfortunately. I was going to buy an office chair for over $900 and asked for green color as per their website however they said I need to buy four of these to be able to purchase green. I only needed one so was going with the grey one and wanted to pick up from their Perth warehouse as advertised on their website and they asked me to pay $19 for collection fee - ridiculous! I'd be ashamed to ask my customer to pay $19 for collection fee when buying $920 product. Very disappointed with Ergohuman customer service and didn't end up buying the chair even though I was very excited to try one. Also my husband wanted to get one in future.
