My son made a purchase and never received what he ordered

A total scam! For starters, the company advertises like they are based in the UK but actually based in India and clothes made in China! I bought 3 summer dresses that looked very different from the pictures on their website! The dresses I received were of very bad quality, very poor workmanship and didn’t fit properly! On contact to Erelina about return, they said return address is not the one on their website and will provide returns address in China to send to. This address in China was not given to me despite numerous emails to them for this address without success. In the end I sent back the goods by DHL using returns address on website and have had no refund going three months now despite several emails to them! Buy from this company at your own risk, they are very reluctant to give refunds and will tag you along until you give up and lose your hard earned money! These are Thieves!

Should be zero start/Scam
After a long wait had an email with tracking number. Tracking says delivered but when you try to get details it doesn’t recognise my postcode. Emailed their Suppprt and days later still not heard anything even an acknowledgment!!!

Very poor quality. Delivered after a long delay in poor wrapping. Returns discouraged, to the far east at my own cost. No return address provided after two requests.

I sent off for a dress having read that I could return it within 30 days if it was not suitable! WHAT A JOKE!! No one has answered my emails although I have sent half a dozen, they all get returned with ADDRESS NOT KNOWN??? The dress is a total joke and was sent from china tightly packed in a small bag - it is HORRENDOUS!! This is a fraudulent way to conduct a business - I intend to get my money back ….. SCAM SCAM SCAM

This company is a complete scam ,goods are awful quality and refusing to take a return needs to banned from advertising as total scam. Now going to take legal action as needs stopping to stop ripping people off.

Clothes sent from India and they don't offer refunds, only replacements. Avoid!

I recently purchased a denim jumpsuit from Erelina. By the size guide I am a medium which is what I ordered. When it arrived, it was evident the item was of poor quality, despite having paid £35 for it. It did not resemble the item shown on the website in terms of quality. When it came to trying it on, it was ridiculously small and would have likely only fit a child. I emailed Erelina who told me I was not entitled to a refund and would only offer me an exchange. Given the size of a medium, it was incredibly unlikely a large would fit me so I declined. They also wanted me to pay for the return! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Complete scam, some of the worst quality clothes I’ve ever seen.

Took over 2 weeks to arrive. Terrible quality and now not answering my emails for a refund.

Really cheap Chinese clothing. Do not buy. Got my refund after 2 weeks of emails. Just don’t bother!

Unfortunately it is my opinion that this seems to be a sophisticated scam company / website based on my recent experience. 1 of 3 products arrived. Item clearly not as described, material polyester and sub standard print quality. Item shipped from China (infers from website would be India) and arrived in sub standard packaging (something you’d get off eBay from a private seller). I could not believe it. Was supposed to be a quality linen shirt. No customer service response after leaving it over a week. I’ve had to accept I’ve lost my money. It’s a shame that they make it that more difficult for genuine smaller fashion retailers. Platforms need review this company and remove any sponsoring they have on search engines, they are facilitating to consumer detriment. I would not say this lightly. Please look else where.

I would give this company zero star if it was possible. Ordered Linen trouser and got a 100% polyester trouser instead. Emailed them been 10 day and still No reply. They are selling on false pretence, saying one thing and sending another. Out of pocket £40. The quality is rubbish. You are better off using Temu or Wish at least you get what you see and read and the price is much cheaper. I would avoid like the plague.
