Ordering was easy and the delivery was exceptional. The delivery men explained everything in detail regarding unpacking and what to do if something wasn’t right when we unpacked the item.
The cupboard was packed so very well.
The piece of furniture is well made as expected from Ercol and we love how it looks.

Excellent service and top quality sideboard

I always check Ercol’s outlet page when I’m looking for something new for my home. I recently bought a dressing table with mirror. It was delivered sooner than expected. The whole experience was easy. And the quality is second to none - I’m delighted with my purchase.

I have been an Ercol furniture owner for more than 40 years, their products are of great quality, are beautifully made and more than stand the test of time. I have long wanted a nest of pebble tables and saw a pair on the Ercol Outlet store - discontinued items but brand new. The price was excellent and the LT Ash finish was just what I wanted, so I treated myself. Delivery was anticipated to be up to 4 weeks but I received them within 4 days - beautifully and securely packaged. They are perfect and I am very pleased with them.
One small issue is that I did not receive any notification of the delivery and did not expect it. However, fortunately I was at home to receive my items. (It is possible that they arrived so promptly as it was in the lead up to the Ercol company closure for the Christmas period).

This small table was bought to replace an 40+ year old oak Ercol table, which was too big for our current home. We have many pieces of Ercol and so were confident to buy it from the outlet store. The delivery and assembly service were excellent, and the table fits our home perfectly.

Ercol furniture is so well made, it is a pleasure to own .

Bought a beautiful Ercol sideboard off the outlet site. It was a cancelled order and was in perfect condition on arrival. The delivery chaps were very professional and efficient. Great service all round and so pleased with my our new furniture. Thanks.

I was looking for a side table that was discontinued and found it on the outlet site, as such, it was discounted but there was also further money off. Site said delivery in 4-5 weeks, happy to say I received in a week and was well packed, but not excessively, so it arrived in perfect condition.

Lovely pebble tables, perfect and so nicely made. Look great and practical.
