Erbloom Reviews

I ordered two pairs on sale to try. First, they took a long time to arrive. Then, to my chagrin, I found they were not layered with any kind of waterproof material and provided no protection as indicated on their site. Also, one pair was the wrong size and unusable. As another review said, these appear no better than cheap panties from Walmart. I also contacted them twice through their website and twice through email. After receiving a response (after a long wait) from the 1st email, I sent them the bar codes they requested. I never heard back and just sent my FOURTH appeal for a refund or return label. This is beginning to appear as a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered those products on September 1 and finally received them today. Unfortunately, they were not as advertised.
There are no four layers, and the underwear is not waterproof. The quality feels like regular inexpensive underwear, so it is definitely not worth $10 per pair.
My order was also incomplete and incorrect. I ordered 10 pairs, with five small and five medium, but I received only nine: eight medium and one small.
I am extremely disappointed, especially since I cannot return them. I would like a full refund for the incorrect, missing, and falsely advertised products.

The items delivered are nothing like the ads .
They are cheap low quality items that do not reflect the purchase site garments. A total scam. PayPal phone number is a fake. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I spent $100 to buy 10 pairs for $10 each of their 4-layer protection underwear and did not receive the product advertised. I contacted customer service and they asked me to send pictures of what I received. I did that. They never replied back or tried to make it right. Buying online is risky. Don’t buy from them. I’m out $100. What a way to do business.
UPDATE: I eventually heard back from them and they offered to refund me $22.00 (I spent over a $100.00). Can you believe it?
NO ONE should buy from them.

This company advertises leak proof underwear. I purchased the high waisted product in 4XL. The ads showed black leak protection that extended all the way up the back of the underwear. What I received was very disappointing. The size was more like XL and the ‘leak protection’ was almost non existent. It has a small grey liner only about 4 inches long!
