They don’t stand the needs of vulnerable people
 They don’t understand vulnerable people they don’t tailor make their Services for individuals. They send far too many staff to look after one individual when they should only provide a couple they don’t communicate and their care plans are diabolical.
Sweetheart, you’re the carers for my vulnerable brother. You take advantage of vulnerable people. You couldn’t be bothered to respond to my emails. Take responsibility. It’s called communication
