I would like to say thank you to Mel from ERA Klerksdorp for selling my house . The house had obvious flaws . Mel worked tirelessly and steadfastly until it was sold .

This is a review specifically of ERA Caparica (Costa da Caparica, Portugal), regarding João - the boss of that branch.

I understand there is a financial incentive for real estate agents not to be honest, which is why so many are happy to lie in the course of their business, and why the profession justly has this reputation.
I have a realistic view of that.
However, these guys take lying to a whole different level. I have honestly never seen adults with so little regard for the truth and for the welfare of their customers. The stress and anxiety they caused on both sides of our deal were immeasurable.
Both the seller and the buyer ended up with a profound disgust and (as you can hear in my tone), a real resentment for how we were treated by the people who work in ERA Caparica, specifically for João (the boss of the branch), who clearly encourages the culture. This is a man who has no sense of decency, zero integrity, and demonstrated repeatedly that he would throw anyone under the bus to make himself an extra euro.

For anyone who takes the time to read this, I implore you - if you have the choice to work with any other agent except these guys, choose the other. You will not regret it.

Amazing service by Sam to sell my appartment, which wasn't an easy job because the appartment was not in good conditions. Very smooth and correct communication and a strong legal / administrative support. Highly recommended! :-)

I had an outstanding experience with Thijs and his team at ERA De Kern in Wilrijk.
Living abroad, I relied heavily on their advice and support, and they went above and beyond to represent me throughout the sale of my property.
Their communication was excellent, nothing was ever too much trouble, and their professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress free.
Dankzij Thijs & zijn team verliep, wat een lastige ervaring had kunnen zijn, verrassend eenvoudig en probleemloos.

Maybe it’s not the most popular option and won’t come up as the first result when searching for renting apartments, but definitely worth it to check out the rental here. I managed to find my new apartment using this service and I don’t know if I was lucky or if they truly have some options that are more affordable… anyway, would recommend them

Awesome interaction with the team of Era Vijfhoek, the sale of my property was a breeze. Very professional, to the point, and hard working. Sale was concluded in less than a month.

I find a very nice house on booking, located in Chamonix and privately managed by this real estate agency, contact her on whatsapp as specified on booking and ask for information.
The first email of payment came through booking.com (of which I attach an image) and amounted to 413 euros.
Of this payment I was then also sent the invoice, the real estate agency in question is: “ERA immobilier France,” a French real estate giant.
The second, in reference to the security deposit, also came from booking (I attach an image of this as well).
I was then asked via whatsapp to cancel the transfer of the security deposit and make it to another bank account, and this procedure was repeated 3 times (always to different bank accounts). At this point I get a confirmation of the reservation.

The next morning, precisely on 26/09, I get a message claiming that they had technical problems and that they should return the total amount to me, but telling me that their bank does not make transfers for an amount of 913 euros (413 + 500), but for a minimum of 2000. I am told that the transfer of 2000 had already been signed by the bank and that when I sent the payment of the difference they would send me the money. Following this I am sent a transaction statement for 2000 (which I will attach).

I make the payment on the iban that was provided to me and send the screenshot. A few hours later I am sent the accounting of the transfer.

After sending the bookkeeping, I am asked to cancel this 1087 transfer as well and make it to another bank account; I do so. I am assured that by Monday I would receive the transfer that had been made.

On Monday morning (30/09) I am told that the bank had cancelled the 2000 transfer that I should have received and I am asked for another 1000 euros.

I was waiting to receive the accounting of the 3000 transfer, which of course never arrived when this morning, Wednesday (2/10) I received another message asking for money: “we had a big problem that interrupted your transfer yesterday, so you have to send back 1000 euros on an iban that I will give you and I swear you will receive your 4000 euros, I swear on my life.”

Fortunately, the 1,000 euro transfer I made failed with the following reason: “Absence of the account/identification of the debtor,” so that amount was credited back to our bank account.

However, to my continued demand for compensation, the host, a certain Caroline explicitly refuses to compensate me (note well that they were the first ones to tell me that they would have to compensate me) saying that the only way to get my money back would be to provide with the transfer of 1000 euros or I won’t see my money anymore.

I kept insisting and trying to understand what company policy was behind this nonsense and was told that she was wasting her time, that she had already explained everything to me and that if I was not willing to pay that amount she would have nothing more to say to me.

Well, ERA real estate, I may have been stupid to fall for this scam, but know that there is someone out there posing as you (I hope so because if she is one of your employees there is shame on you) and scamming people out of people through booking.


I loved the fact that whenever I needed clarity on something Tania would respond. Tania van de Merwe was an exceptional agent. I had a smooth encounter with her when I was looking for a townhouse to rent in Newcastle,KZN. I know who to talk to when I want to buy a house.

Have contacted ERA Koksijde for a property the have for sale. The first contact with the receptionist was poor, no knowledge on property for sale even not high level information. Despite taking my phone number and the request to be called back nothing. Called myself again after 5 hours got a man this time who was actually rude. No sympathy for the client.

If you ever have a house for sale in Koksijde think twice before selecting this office.

Tussel Leus is a very nice person and guided us very well. The only feedback is that we were given a different move in date during the visit which changed later due to owners constraints. However, the agency did their best to meet both ends. They are very accommodative of the buyers requests as well. I highly recommend this agency.

Horrible service and attitude. The real estate arm may (?) be ok but the branch that takes care of/manages property is painful to deal with. We bought apartment and it has taken them 3 years to change /update to our names. And not yet done. It was promised for last July by Marc and nohting happened. Despite reminders and calls, that were unanswered, not even acknowledged that were received, there is still no new name plates. I would avoid signing up w Servimo for property maintenance and look for professional and service minded support.

Gert VERHULST, in Dilbeek, was absoluut top! Goed advies, snelheid in het proces! PERFECT!
