On receiving the product I noticed that it did not have the name of the company on it. There was no equine user leaflet and once charged, it only lasted circa 30 minutes! The website says it will last up to 6 hours but the leaflet in the case says a maximum of 2 (even though it only lasted circa 30 mins). I am waiting for a response from the company in relation to my query/possible return.
I haven’t received my massage gun 2 weeks post purchase having paid for expedited delivery!
I chose the type of charger for the unit yet there was none included only a usb C cable

the massage gun doesnt work i have folled the instructions on charging etc i sent an email to equspro.com but have no repl as yet
I have gotten two request to review the product when I haven’t received the product. This doesn’t give me a good feeling about the product. I will give them another week and then I will challenge the charge.
Came with inadequate manual/instructions. Nothing to explain digital display, no equine care manual included and I have no idea what the rubber stoppers are for? They’re listed as “spares” but there are no other ones in the case.
I have not received my product yet.
