Ordered a raymarine kit in the summer of 2024 and fitted months later only to realise a part was missing, i question and they sent free of cahrge in 24 hrs. Excellent service!
I never received my order. I got the confirmation after order was placed and all seemed ok. After waiting almost a month I emailed asking "where is my order". Reply was fast and polite - apologized for the situation, promised to look into it and assured the item will be sent again.
Few more weeks passed - nothing happened. I emailed again with the same inquiry. But this time not reply. Nothing after my third email.
All that was very disappointing.

I had a problem with my raymarine auto pilot. It was a big problem because i am far from home on my way to cross the Atlantic. I been told by every raymarine dealer in Spain it will take a long time to get a new one.
Zulu sport got it and delivered it tome in 4 days!
Amazing service from this company, they got me the parts I needed very quickly and communications were excellent. Very helpful when you are foreign in Spain.
