My case manager, Bethany Timms was excellent, she was extremely professional and speedy with her service to my wife and I. She pushed back on the Lender's solicitor who requested for the deed of variation on the lease of my property which would have cost me additional legal cost and time to register the variation at the Land Registry. In the end the Lender agreed with her that the deed of variation was not necessary and the whole process was swiftly completed. The legal fee finally charged by Equilaw was £200 lower than quoted. On the whole we are very pleased to have chosen Equilaw to represent us and having Bethany as our case manager.

An excellent company who guided a very nervous customer through the process. Leah Wright our caseworker was so good. She answered all our questions, listened to my concerns and settled them Dhe didn’t move on until I was finally ready.
