This is my first time buying an equafleece dog suit, the website is I will say the easiest to navigate, it is the best I have come across that gives you very conscice easy to follow detailed instructions on how to measure your dog to get the correct size, if you don't get the correct measurements first time measure again , if you still don't get a size it tells you to call in , because my sons friends dog is an older mixed breed after two measurements and not getting a size i called customer services the lady i spoke to was lovely , she knew exactly from my measurements what size was needed , I told her what colour , it arrived Two days later and fitted perfectly! Great customer service I will update fleece once Bambi has tried it out 😊

My experience was the same as another reviewer has written. Having submitted the correct measurements and taken advice from Equafleece over the telephone, I still received a coat that didn't fit. As, in my opinion, Equafleece was at fault, I felt they should pay for the return postage, but they wouldn't. It completely put me off buying from them. It's all very well giving a customer assurances about how you can return and/or exchange your item if it isn't right, but not a word was said about how I'd have to bear the expense of it. I don't believe this is any way to run a business. Thumbs down from me.

We have just received our Equafleece and it is of the usual high quality.
The sizing guide/calculator chose the correct size for the imputed measurements.
The colour is really nice (Soft Fuchsia) for our Cockapoo girl.
She loves it and ran around the cottage with excitement.
This is the third purchase and all have been perfect.
The only reason for the new one is that she had outgrown the older ones which were still in great condition.
I can’t fault this company and will use again as well as recommending to others.

I can not praise Equafleece enough it's one of the best companies I have dealt with.
I have now ordered three of the dashshound jumpers from them for my three dogs all in different sizes.
I found the sizeing instructions easy to follow and very clear.
All three despatched on the same day of ordering them.
They were ordered on different days and the service was the same on all three deliveries.
The jumpers fit my three dachshunds
of different sizes perfectly and are of a very good quality.
We couldn't be more pleased with them.

Really lovely suits! I bought the full suit for my Westie as she is starting to get stiff in one of her back legs. Took her out for her first cold walk in her suit and it seemed to work great! Took some getting used to with getting her in and out but I'm now considering buying another as we love it so much!

I ordered Pandora's Equafleece dog suit online and a day later received a phone call checking the measurements I had provided as they apparently made for a rather odd shaped dog! Excellent service and so I remeasured and the dog suit I'd ordered was changed appropriately. A lovely friendly lady rang me and I thought it was definitely going the extra mile to double-check my dubious measurements. My Equafleece duly arrived and I love it and more importantly, so does Pandora! She loves strutting her stuff in it and looks amazing. It keeps her warm, dry and cosy and I think I'm going to have to order another one. Easy to put on and take off, looks superb and really does a great job of keeping my dog dry, clean and warm. First rate product. And best of all, it's made in DEVON!!!!

Fantastic experience dealing with Equafleece. They phoned me to query the measurements on my order and glad they did as I'd got them wrong. Result was a great fitting garment for my dog. I love it and so does she!

Have 2 body suits for our Jackapoo and they are absolutely amazing. Both body suits are nearly 2 years old and are as good as when first purchased.
Before buying the body suits I had to bathe Maisie after every walk in her first winter. With the body suit I only need to wash her paws as the suit takes all the mud etc. Wonderful!
I rinse the body suit out with washing up liquid and it cleans up brilliantly. Quick spin and 5 minutes in the dryer and it's ready for use again.
I have found both body suits to be excellent quality and very well made.
One had a zip inserted but to be perfectly honest it doesn't make much difference putting it on. A lump of chicken is a brilliant bribe to put the suit over her head!
So many people have asked about Maisie's suit when we are out and we gladly recommend Equafleece. It is a perfect fit for her although we did send the first one back for the next size up as it was too short.
Customer service was brilliant and I found the staff extremely helpful everytime I phoned.
We have recently got a second puppy and will definitely be buying her some body suits.

Amazing customer service! We got the sizing wrong when ordering the full suit for the first time (we used the online calculator) so returned it for a bigger size, however there was an error with the size of the replacement that was sent. Sammy was very quick to rectify this during a telephone call. We now have the correct fitting full suit for our cockapoo. No more baths after every muddy walk, just a quick wash of his paws. Keeps him warm and dry, easy enough to get on and off with a little practice (there are videos on the website to help) and he looks very cute in it! Thank you Sammy and the team!

Quality is great. What isn't great is trying to get the right sizing. They have a complicated five-measurement calculator, which gave me errors and I was told I must be measuring wrong, or my dog was an odd size. I ended up buying just based on 'A' which is the lengh of the body and picked the 'bully' option which was a bit baggy. So then I ordered a size Standard option in the same length, and its a bit tight. I just wish they'd list the actual dimension range for each size and size option rather than going in blind when the calculator isn't helpful. I've gone with a 'Curvy' one now and with any luck it'll fit. Fortunately both the Bully and the Standard versions do fit so aren't wasted, I'd just like one that's a bit more comfortable for her.

But if your dog is a standard size and the calculator gives you help, it's probably a 5-star. As I say, I can't fault the quality of the products, they look and feel great, my dog likes wearing them, they've put up with a lot of rough playing and rolling and wash easily. I just hope the company starts to list the full size range.

My review is in two parts; one for the product and one for the company’s customer service.

In December 2023 I purchased two dog suits, one for my dog and one for my son’s dog. I regularly walk both dogs in a nature reserve that gets very muddy at this time of year. Both dogs are Miniature Labradoodles and when they are out on a walk they run about like complete fruit-loops, chasing each other through streams and play fighting in the mud. Consequently they get extremely muddy and I wanted to avoid having to wash them after each walk.

These suits work an absolute treat for me and the dogs. I get the dogs to wash themselves off in a stream at the end of the walk then remove the suits before I go into my home. The dogs are warm and clean under the garment so all I need to do is dry their paws. Every day I put both suits on a 15 min wash, then hang them over a radiator and within an hour they are bone dry.

Now getting to the customer service part…… So, two dogs play fighting and yes, one dog ripped the others suit. These garments are durable, but of course, they are going to rip under these circumstances. I stitched it up but knowing it could easily get caught again, my wife contacted customer support one evening asking if we could obtain some offcuts. We received a reply that same evening and the next day they sent us some offcuts free of charge. Phenomenal customer service!

Can't fault equafleece. I ordered the wrong size and have to say their customer service was absolutely brilliant. They speedily sorted out the right size.
I've had their fleeces before with past dogs and they've been really great at keeping the dogs warm and dry. It's a great practical coat without all the unnecessary bling of a fashion coat but still looks stylish. Will only buy their coats.

I've purchased multiple dog coats over the years for Charlie and without a doubt Equafleece is the best quality for the price. It's slightly more than other brands but definitely worth while! Some of the coats have lasted 2+ years. When I first purchased from here, I needed some more information about sizing and the customer service was spot on. Thank you!

Having given a bad review I received a very nice and informative email explaining that the equafleece can cause matting on a small amount of dogs. I was offered a full refund which I have now received. The customer service has been brilliant. Thank you for all your help.

Always so happy with the quality of Equafleece pieces, we have two dogs and multiple jumpers that are forever in and out of the wash but still look good as new.
Recommend them to every dog parent!

Fantastic service all round. Emailed a sizing query and received a response in around ten minutes which emphasised if we ordered anything that didn’t fit, they would happily exchange or refund. Order coats for three of our dogs, delivered to us the next day. All three coats fitted perfectly with no issues. We would 100% recommend this company.

Couldnt be more helpful! Nacho (Sausage dog) was between sizes so i called up and the lady on the phone was incredibly helpful. The fleece arrived and it actually fits perfectly despite them offering for me to try it on and feedback to then send out another size.
Looks like we've been super lucky. I oredered another straight away so he has two as its so hard to find clothes to fit.

Absolutely love our equalfeeces! I struggled to get the correct sizing for one of my dogs but the customer service and returns process was excellent and I now have two perfectly fitted dog suits and DRY DOGS FOREVER! 100% recommend!!!
