I ordered an all in one fleece for my dog. The web site has a huge range of designs, colours and importantly sizes. Good advice on how to measure your dog, 5 measurements required not the usual 2 or 3.
Garment arrived promptly. Excellent fit. He is such a muddy pooch. Came back from first walk it plastered in mud. It certainly saved my walls from muddy spray.
Ordered a second yesterday lunchtime. It is scheduled for delivery later this morning.
Brilliant service, highly recommended.

I have two standard dog suits from Equafleece that have already seen 2 years service and are still in great shape. My springer spaniel is now very arthritic and I have just had zips put into both. I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Great value, very speedy delivery and a fabulous job - looks like they were manufactured that way. One very happy customer.

Fantastic fleece and fantastic service. Fleece arrived next day and I had a problem with sizing ( my fault) it was sorted asap. Fantastic company I shall be buying again my Iggy loves it to.

Not so much a post about the product (which,by the way, are fantastic!) but a post about their perfect customer service.

I've had a few sizing and returns issues...which were all my own fault...and the 3 times I've spoken to the staff here everything was sorted out perfectly,and rapidly.
The company obviously places a lot of emphasis on customer service.

I phoned an order yesterday (22/10/25) and received the dachshund jumper and suit today ( 23/10/25). That's what I call service.
These garments are excellent quality and value for money. Keep our dogs warm and dry.

What a lovely company to buy from! The measuring guidelines are superb, the products are of high quality and the customer service is second to none. I recently bought a dog suit, which was a little tight, so I returned it and asked for advice. Frankie called and we sorted out the best size for my dog. I wholeheartedly recommend Equafleece and I'll certainly buy from them again.

To the wonderful company Equafleece, we are so grateful for discovering your dog suits! We have two Italian Greyhounds who recently relocated to London from Los Angeles and needless to say the climate is very different for these sensitive creatures! Our little dog sweaters were NOT cutting it and thankfully we ran into another IG at the park with his Equafleece coat on and were directed to your company. The customer service regarding the right fit was prompt and helpful and their suits fit them both like a glove. We love the bright orange and fluorescent yellow, now they're never out of our sight! Easy to put on, easy to take off, easy to wash and great value for such a phenomenal product! We're ordering two more for the winter since we know these little guys will be living in their dog suits! I was overjoyed when our purchases arrived from Devon, I had to call and thank them again.

The only snag lastinv 12hrs, since yesterday I tried alone, without telling Equafleece. The website does not REMOVE ITEMS, no empty basket and remains stuck on a sale, you do not want. I cannot remove items, despite going to desktop, refreshing the screen, trying to reduce the 1 to 0 does not work, which is a shame. I mentioned the problem to Equafleece today.

Have just called Abbie to say a big thank you for excellent customer service from start to finish. Only ordered our new coat for our Dachie Maisie yesterday Tuesday 30th September and it arrived today 1st October this was such a surprise !!!

I just returned my dogs Equafleece for a repair, it’s 5 years old and the repair is just needed from general wear & tear.
I’ve received incredible customer service.
Posted the coat on 19/09/25, received a confirmation email that it had been received and paid £10 for both front legs to be replaced. It arrived back with me on the 24/09/25 and is already to use for the winter months. Brilliant service can’t fault you!

I made an order Friday with a known size of dog suit. As soon as I got the receipt, I noted the company could offer alterations. I emailed, but then immediately decided to phone. I got a lovely gentleman on the phone. I advised the dog had just had a forelimb amputated & this coat was to protect them from cold moving into winter. I was advised the alteration could be done - even checked the specifics of the surgery (stump or no stump!). The alteration was free of charge. I was advised this may lead to a slight delay, but actually I was emailed that same day that my order had been dispatches. After getting off the phone - thoroughly delighted so far, I saw I’d received an email advising what I now knew, but offering to help. 2 working days later I have my altered coat. My experience this time was exceptional. This is our 7th Equafleece purchase. I think they’re brilliant products. This customer experience was faultless. Well done.

I bought the first equafleece jumper for my dog three years ago. The jumper is great for chilly days on its own or as a thermal layer under a jacket (I have a greyhound and he needs extra protection from the cold). The jumper survived three years of muddy walks and washing, with an occassional rip here and there that was always easily mended (the dog's fault, jumping through fences!) I have finally decided to replace it, but it would have easily lasted another year or two. Fantastic quality and fit. Plus the price hasn't gone up in three years, which I was shocked by. Thank you Equafleece for providing such good quality items at great prices. It would be so easy to compromise on quality and make the customer buy more often, but luckily you are not one of those companies. Great job and I wish you all the best in the future.

I bought an Equafleece suit for my Bichon Frise pup. It fitted really well so I ordered a new one but as it was red I decided I’d keep it until Christmas which we were spending with grandchildren. On the last visit to the vet it was apparent the dog had put on quite a bit of weight. I realised the brand new coat would no longer fit so I contacted the company. Without hesitation they accepted the suit back and gave me a full refund despite the fact I had purchased it seven months prior to this. The suit was still in the original packaging with the tags still attached. On receiving the return the company rang to say the method of payment had expired and asked if it would be ok to send a cheque instead. They were so helpful, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I can’t think of any other company that would accept goods back after seven months never mind refund the payment in full. They have a huge selection of products of outstanding quality, value for money and look fantastic plus the customer service is second to none. They are excellent at offering sizing advice too. Needless to say I have purchased a new suit in the same colour but a bigger size and the dog is now on a diet! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.

Absolutely superb company, which I would highly recommend and have used for many years. Not only are they incredibly patient and accommodating in helping to find the perfect fit for your furbaby but also deliver outstanding customer service. I recently had a small problem with one of the garments and dealt with a lovely lady called Sammi. Sammi was so efficient and helpful and has really made mine and Dougals day/week/month… winter! Dougie looks fantastic in his new tankie and we really appreciate all the effort that Sammi went to. I would not hesitate to continue to recommend this company to all my fellow dog walking pals. Our trio of Westies are often complimented on how smart they look when they are dressed in their Equafleece gear. They also double up as pyjamas at night for those cold Autumnal and Winters nights which are fast approach. Thank you, Equafleece yet another fantastic customer experience!

The true measure of a company is how they react when there’s a problem and Equafleece were absolutely brilliant. I ordered a coat from them on Friday afternoon and it arrived on the following Monday. Amazing service. Unfortunately the coat didn’t quite fit so we had to organise a return. I posted it back on Tuesday and my replacement coat has been dispatched today, Wednesday. So it will probably be here tomorrow. Of course Royal Mail, though often maligned, also deserves some of the credit for this excellent service level too but Equafleece were equally prompt dispatching a replacement item as they were sending the original item which isn’t the case with all companies. This is the third dog we have bought an Equafleece coat for and I know already the quality of the coats. They are superb and keep your dog both warm and dry. They are waterproof without any proofing so there’s no need to re proof the coat after you’ve washed it. They are brilliant! Equafleece 🙏

I’ve just placed my second order with Equafleece. The products are great, and the customer service is out of this world! I emailed with a photo of my dog wearing his current suit to check whether they thought the size was right if I was going to order one with a zip. I got a reply within half an hour.
Both online and over the phone, I was told that I could have a zip added to the product I already owned and have been using for a year - which I will do to have a spare - but that level of proactivity and helpfulness is really unusual and wonderful.
