Was a joy to speak to she guided me through setting up a new pin number never lost her patience with Me whereas I was beginning to lose mine.
It’s not easy guiding somebody through this when she can’t see the screen that I am looking at
But in the end, we got there and we even had a laugh at the end of the conversation I wish her well in all that she does.x

I spoke with two customer service representatives this morning. The first representative wasn’t particularly helpful, so after the call I decided to ring back. Fortunately, I then spoke with Manesh, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He immediately understood what I needed, remained patient throughout, and guided me through the entire process.
