Friendly, fast and effective. Excellent service

I found Luciana from a recommendation on Facebook. He came to my house promptly. He was wearing a mask and observed social distancing. He unlocked our door so quickly and also gave us some security tips to make our door more secure. He was friendly and offered us a very good service. Definately recommend.

Excellent prompt service. Fixed my front door , parts were required to complete the job so Lucian made sure that my door was locked and safe and came back the next day with the parts . He wore a mask and respected the social distance rules. Highly recommend.

I must say I’m really impressed with the service. I actually rang Lucian whilst I had another locksmith at my house and was concerned I was being over charged. I decided to send away the guy at my house and wait for Lucian and I’m very glad I did. He was excellent and sorted my problem with complete transparency and professionalism. I would definitely recommend him.

We called EPRLocksmiths out after our front door became stuck when locked. Lucian was very professional and open in diagnosing the issue and showing us which part would need to be replaced.
As this part required ordering due to the age of our door, Lucian put in place a temporary solution to allow us to keep using the door until he came back and fitted the new part.
Overall great service, would recommend.

Lucian is very proficient, I called him on Sunday and turned up swiftly, where installed a temporarily lock for the main door, and ordered new part, then came back to fit the new part. He did not only fitted it the gearbox perfectly but also fixed other problems on the door which I didn't pay him for and he didn't accept a compensation. Definitely a trustworthy and expert I will call him again and recommend to others.

Lucien was extremely helpful with a tricky job and considerate to our security concerns so went above and beyond to leave me with a temporary lock when we had to order parts. His communication was great and I would definitely recommend him.
