Customer service rocks!
This is my 4th or 5th order from epres for the bond repair treatment vials. This bond repair is far superior to olaplex and requires only 1 step making it cost-effective and doable for me. I haven't had any shipping issues except for my most recent order on 5/20/2024. Shipping is quite quick--I received my order on 5/24/2024. Unfortunately 2 vials in a box were not sealed properly and leaked out. I contacted epres customer service and Danni quickly resolved the issue for me. Fantastic product plus fabulous customer service keep me coming back!
