No such thing as a 'one time purchase'
You will be harangued and harassed yearly. All software arrives with many features locked - you can't even correct the time.
Scam.

We've bought 2epos systems from them but machine never worked , ive tried to contact them for a refund but no reply's for 3months now.

Rubbish software, rubbish hardware.
We have just wasted a lot of money to buy their systems.
I believe they made a lot of good reviews as they are one of the software company even though they are worst.

This company is totally scam, I can not believe how come this kind of scam could be running the business.

This one should be removed from the company house and the UK.

They begged us to sell their systems, so we bought 2 systems, you know what ?

They are dumped in the corner of our storage straight away we bought.

I have asked several times to take them back but they never replied.

Program rubbish, service rubbish, only they are doing the best to sell out their systems with all lines.

I have requested all refunds but you know they won't.

Totally useless company, Software is not at all friendly and no help from Epos to change or update it and no refunds.
Please i warn peolle never buy anything from them,u will regret it .

We bought an Epos system from this company and the selling point for us was that included website integration. However months and months went by with promises to get this done, but it never happened.
We now have a £1,800 system that is useless to us.
We are taking Legal action. We would never trust this company again

hello, i have contacted epos direct as i have an issue with the back office and i spoke to Kumar who was very helpfull and sorted the problem in a short time and also showed me how to deal with similar issues in the future i very much appreciate his work and knowledge..

After a long time dealing with this company , that I finally had excellent service from Abhishek Yadav.
He dealt with my problem with great ease and he knew exactly what and where the problem was. The problem was fixed within minutes and no time wasting. Never have I had this prompt service from Epos Direct. A great credit to Abhishek.

We are grateful that we found a great software that suits and fullfils our Tailoring and Alterations services and have been using from March 2023 and found full support from the tech people especially (Mr Abhishek). We have been trained how to use the software and got extraordinary support and training as well. We highly recommend Epos direct!
