Guys stay clear of this company
Guys stay clear of this company. Ordered and paid a premium for delivery in time for a wedding reception as it was going to be the centre peace. when we noticed the tracking hadn’t moved after a week we contacted them only to be told that yes we know about the problem and there’s going to be a delay. They did not contact us. Vladimir did not care when I asked what are our options he said we will not refund you until we get our product back even though we have never been given the product told me he wasn’t going to speak to me and did not care that was ruining the wedding did not apologise nothing
We have a bride too be in tears right now and he wouldn’t even go try and get a manager (then said he was 1)

We are sorry that you are left unsatisfied with our service. Although this review is obviously meant for our UK office, we contacted our colleagues and decided to clarify few things :
We do not have a premium delivery option for UK. Since our product is shipped from Germany to the UK ( Same thing goes for all European countries) there are customs and regulations when it comes to shipping of the items classified as hazmat. This can take some time and that is why we are not able to offer any type of express shipping, let alone charge for it.
Order shipment was delayed on the carrier end and although we did our best to speed things up at the end of the day it was out of our hands.
When it comes to our refund policy, we are not able to refund the order while order it is still on its way ( delayed, but on its way ) and that is why we have offered to refund you once we have our product back.
As for your interaction with our UK colleagues, as listed in our numerous reviews we do our best to help all of our clients. However there are company rules and procedures that all of them are obliged to follow.
Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience but delays in transit sometimes do happen and although we try our best to assist clients in cases like these we are only able to refund the order once product is back with us.

I wish i could get more tips on pouring…
I wish i could get more tips on pouring epoxy. I did enjoy the bubble free formula. First is sealing the back before starting on the top. Two thin coats help seal the back. if you pour a number of thin coats,do you rough or keep is finished?

Confusing!
It was two kits but there's no way for me to determine which is which. Furthermore the labels are all rubbed of so I can't read the directions. Complete waste.
