Your best option, hands down!

The Epoch Lending team was recommended to us as the lowest, most responsive mortgage option as we purchased a new home. I was encouraged to shop around, and even the big, nationwide services couldn't compete with Epoch Lending's amazing rates and customer service. No matter if I stay in Colorado Springs or go elsewhere, Epoch Lending will be my go-to!

The best mortgage lender in the…

The best mortgage lender in the industry. We have owned multiple homes for the past 35 years and Epoch Lending was the best experience obtaining a mortgage that we have ever had. The staff were exceptionally easy to deal with and helpful and the process was smooth and went according to plan. I cannot say enough good things about Bryan and Tyna and the entire Epoch Lending organization.

Excellent Company

Excellent Company. Bryan Yaninek was able to help us secure our loan at a great rate in a short amount of time. The loan was quickly sent to underwriting so there were absolutely no surprises at closing.
Bryan is easy to talk to and always available for questions. Our appraisal came back late and Bryan was able get our payment refunded.
Everyone at Epoch was very professional and responsive to questions. I would absolutely use them again if I purchase another home.

AWESOME service!

Great service! Bryan went over all the options we had and his response time was very fast. He was extremely personable and we were treated like people not just another loan. Bryan also got us locked at a killer rate that even the lady helping us sign docs was shocked at when we closed. We would absolutely use Epoch again!

We had a great experience with Epoch Lending and Mamie Console, specifically. She took the time to explain things we didn't understand and answer our many questions. I felt like she knew us and our situation and we weren't just a number. She worked to get us the best rate possible and we appreciate all of her help throughout the home buying process.

Bad Lending Experience

I did not have my loan structured at closing as I requested during the application process. When I arrived at the closing table, It was pretty much a forced closing with documents written in the way the underwriter and mortgage broker wanted them, opposed to what I needed. As a result, I was forced to sign so I would not lose the property.

I have bought and sold many properties. This purchase/lending experience ranks as one of my worst!!

Best Lending Team!

Bryan Yaninek and his Team are awesome...!! Three years in a row. Refinanced our home, assessed the situation, determined the best course of action, made cautious recommendations, explained it to me in English, reduced 2 years, and close to $200 per month!
Thanks Epoch Lending!
