In this case, your order was a drop ship item fulfilled directly by the supplier, which led to a delay beyond the estimated delivery window. Our team responded and offered to escalate the order for investigation as soon as the delay was identified.
Because the order was still in processing with the vendor, it could not be canceled or refunded at that stage, and returns could not be initiated until the shipment was completed. Once tracking became available and the order moved into transit, we provided that update and confirmed that a return for a refund is available if the items are no longer needed.
We recognize this was not the experience you expected and are continuing to work with the supplier to improve timing and communication on these orders. If there is anything still unresolved, we are here to help.

The shipment took way longer than…
The shipment took way longer than expected. The post office told me they were going to send my package back because it was shipped to my house address and not my P.O. Box. It went to Kansas to California back to Kansas and then back to California all before stopping in Oregon. The clothes are too big and it took forever to get here.
