Perfect Fit
My school's room has been broken since last school year and I was determined to get a new one. Since they are old, I thought I was going to have a hard time finding one. With the help of my custodian co-worker, he was able to find the proper rim for us. We worked together and he was able to put it up so the kids were able to use it as soon as they returned from spring break.
The delivery service was very quick, which I really appreciated! The price was perfect and the entire ordering process was exceptional. I plan on ordering from Epic Sports again in the near future for my basketball camps and tournaments.

Not mail order friendly
I had to return the item I ordered because it turned out not to be suitable for my purpose. A return label was not provided. It cost me $30 for the return (would have been $50 if I used UPS). Then I only got a partial refund minus $13 restocking fee. Never again!!!

We do want to be transparent that we do not provide prepaid return labels, as our pricing model is built around keeping product costs as low as possible for our customers. Rather than building return costs into every order, we only apply those costs when a return is needed.
Additionally, restocking fees may apply depending on the item.
That said, we appreciate you sharing your experience. Feedback like this helps us continue to evaluate how we communicate our policies and improve the customer experience.

Ordered girls softball pants the sent men’s baseball pants. When I went to return them they charged a restocking fee of 19 dollars plus it cost 12 dollars to ship them back. Reached out to customer service and 4 weeks later still not response.

I will never ever order anything from this company again. In what world in today's day and age with technology what it is, does it take 3 weeks to receive (1) ONE pair of baseball pants? They gave some lame excuse about vendors and logistics.
If it's a vendor issue get a new one. Terrible business practice.
I just read your reply to my post and it was a complete lie my order did not require customization it was a straight pair of navy blue baseball pants.
Did it say that anywhere in the v order part? NO you weren't upfront.

I understand your frustration. Looking at the order, it was placed with economy shipping, which had an estimated delivery date of 4/27, and the item also required customization*, which adds to processing time. Based on that, the order was within the expected timeframe.

*Edit: This order had customized braiding added to the pants. The standard pants E141509 don't come with braiding. It must be sewn on in the requested color, which requires additional time.

Shipping was great
Shipping was great, hat was supposed to fit like S/M, however that size fits much larger. Its a nice hat but will be gifted to a big headed friend of mine. Nice quality hat though.
