Simple ordering system

Simple ordering system though extra special offers are not needed.
I assume the increase in price, £137.99, was for the warranty, then plus the £9.99 delivery. Total £157+.
Hope the air conditioner is as good.

Still no stars!!

Still no stars!!! Typical disrespectful robotic reply from epicooler for my 1st review. Totally understand why they have a very low rating 😄 just like their representatives lol.
Be aware.....IF YOU RECEIVE ITEM DAMAGED, YOU PAY TO RETURN IT. Absolute scab of a company!!!

I have forwarded receipts for my return and photos and tracking that the epicooler has been delivered no one has responded to my email

After leaving a review last time about the epicooler I was sent an email with 2 options so I went with option 2 to get a full refund and return the item as requested
I forwarded receipt and tracking and they have not responded

Total scam product

Total scam product, after over 2months to arrive - it does not even work at all! asked for refund they said it’s over a month from the order date so can’t do a refund, I only physically had it for 2 days 😳 so best they offered 25% refund and keep the product, shows even they don’t want it back 😡

Product not as described in advert
Details of cooler is a fraud no cooling at all
Requested a full refund they came back with a request to keep products and they offer a 25 percent refund b d of the purchase price
Products are a fraud i want a full refund
If they dont want them back and pay for the return freight I will do a video of me smashing them to bits and putting them in the bin
