My transaction was excellent. There was a significant bit of downtime while the middleman updated their game, but that isn't the end of the world. Overall, they were beneficial and professional.

Arrogant admin
4/10 site, but the admin is very rude and arrogant. Tl;dr: If you run into problems with your account, you will most likely be blamed for the mistake and not helped, even if you are a long time member of EpicNpc.
I've been using EpicNpc for over 6 months now, building up a reputation and feedback on the forums without any problems, until my account was banned for being "possibly compromised" because I was accessing it through a VPN. When I contacted support, the admin of the forum (Michael) was apparently assigned to the ticket and refused to help other than to say that without re-verifying my phone number, I would no longer be able to use EpicNpc and would need to create a new account.
I provided all screenshots (and even a video) of emails I had received from EpicNpc in the past to prove that I was indeed the account holder, but Michael simply decided that the ticket should be closed.
Then Michael said that I had provided a fake screenshot when in fact I had sent him a video..
If you value your time and privacy, please consider staying away from EpicNpc. The fact that a VPN is considered to be "hijacking" an account is ridiculous. Furthermore, when EpicNpc states in their privacy policy that they do not process data deletion requests "for legal reasons" (completely bizarre), how can you trust them with your data?
In fact, after searching online, it appears that the site was part of a data breach a few years ago and email addresses, IP addresses and even (unencrypted) passwords were leaked to attackers — I have not seen any public statement from EpicNpc regarding this breach.

My Number one go to
Using middle man in almost every single transaction has been a relief for me. I recommend you use them too just for extra caution.
My account was ban all of the sudden
I've been dealing on epicnpc for like 5 or 6 years. I have no issues at all and never got reported for any transaction.
All was good and there wasn't even a single warning or any kind of dispute going on, all of the sudden I find my account banned for this reason and i'm quoting them "banned @Mina"
I'm sure something is wrong but I don't know what is it!
Can anyone explain this to me?

Good place for selling accounts
I ventured into a marketplace that…
I ventured into a marketplace that promised a safe and vibrant community for trading gaming accounts and services, expecting a seamless and secure transaction. The platform was well-organized, with various safeguards touted to protect buyers and sellers alike. However, my experience was far from secure or satisfactory.
After engaging in what seemed like a legitimate transaction for a highly sought-after gaming account, I quickly realized I had fallen victim to a scam. The account details provided were incorrect, and access was never granted. When I attempted to resolve the issue through the platform's dispute resolution system, I found the process to be convoluted and heavily biased, offering little support to rectify the situation.
Reaching out to customer service only added to my frustration. The responses were slow and lacked empathy, providing no concrete solutions or reassurances. It felt as though the platform was more interested in preserving its transaction fees than ensuring a fair and secure trading environment.
This ordeal has left me feeling betrayed and cautious of engaging in future transactions on similar platforms. The lack of effective oversight and support in resolving disputes has eroded my trust in what I believed was a reputable community.
Great Experience
It was great, both MM and seller were super cooperative and patient. And I received the item I was looking for without issue, would definitely recommend! 👍
MM was very patient, fast and efficient
MM was very patient, had great communication and me comfortable with my first purchase. Always kept both parties updated and was always there when needed.
