Recently I tried to access my mining account but got an error message instead. After contacting the team it responded within a few minutes. Although the problem was more complicated than it seemed, the staff member stayed on standby so the issue was solved in less than 20 minutes. Overall, the team is very helpful and their support is very effective. I thank them for their assistence.
