Super communicative!

I ordered during the spring rush so there were delays, but I really appreciated the transparency in communicating with customers and even offering a refund if the delay was taking too long.

Great informational videos and the online shopping process is a good experience.

I found Epic Gardening on YouTube about 5 years ago and I have been nothing but happy with their content and products! We start each gardening season with a huge order from Epic Gardening!

I have always been into gardening, but one of the reasons I started a garden plot in my backyard is because of Epic Gardening. The online articles, videos, and guides truly make it feel like Epic Gardening is in the dirt with me, and it is very helpful. I really appreciate the striving to provide so much helpful material and products to make backyard gardening fun and achievable. Most recently, I purchased 2 of the Birdies circle beds, and I absolutely love them. They are perfect for what I need them for!

We have a variety of raised beds, 2 of the 14 are Birdies that we got from Epic Gardening. It's only been just over 12 months since we put those 2 in, but we are extremely pleased with their performance! Our favorite is the round tall cylinder, which adorns the entrance to our vegetable garden and is exclusively used for flowers. The poppies look amazing! And we got the Hungarian Blue seeds from EG so bonus! We get a lot of seeds from EG, last purchase was 17 packs of flowers and veggies. Extremely pleased with the results to date, and our little 1250 sq ft garden is bursting with color, veggies, and structure! The EG videos have been a valuable tool in our gardening experience! We switched over from in ground to raised bed a couple of years ago, and the advice we get has been put to good use. We are in zone 7A (Virginia) and EG will continue to be a go to source for us.

Birdie’s metal tall raised beds made my garden Epic! A total transformation. No more squatting down to tend my garden. No more rotting wood boxes to mend. I saved up for a long time to buy a full garden of tall raised beds. It was worth every penny. They are expensive, yes…but I am so happy with my new garden. It is pure paradise!

I love Epic! We purchased 4 raised beds and while one didnt have the screws ans bolts we contacted the company ans they sent them out to us ASAP! The beds can be tedious to put together but once done, they hold up and do great! We have successfully planted our garden in them and plan to buy again and again! We have also purchased many sizes of the grow bags and have been very pleased with them as well! 100% recommend this company!

My favorite part about Epic Garden store is that they USE the products and recommend them. When a company can test different products and curate what works and leave the crap out that is the most valuable thing. Rather than buying a new tool every year, id rather buy from Epic even if it’s more expensive because I know it will last. “Only rich people can afford cheap things.”

I've purchased multiple Birdies raised beds from Epic. They really helped me organize my garden and setup is a breeze. From the YouTube channel I have learned a lot and have been able to apply much of their knowledge to my own garden. This has also helped me make suggestions to friends based on my own experiences, and if I'm not sure, I can easily direct them to Epic for tips on growing veggies or plants I might not have enough experience in. There are always sales going on, and taking advantage of those has been the best way to acquire seeds, seed starting kits, and Birdies raised beds.

I do wish they had more dome sizes for the seed starting kits available to purchase separate of the kits. I'd like to add those to what I already have.

As for the YouTube channel, I do wish there was a wider variety of growers. I have some friends who live much further north than myself (7B). Its easy for me to take advice from Meg, but if I recommend the channel to friends, I have to preface it that they can watch for general information, but Zone specific advice might be found on a different channel. I know it can be hard to recruit other gardeners, but perhaps having a list of "recommended" gardener channels as a network that are in different Zones would be useful. This way you can help people grow their own food in their own zone in-which Epic can't cover. Obviously that defeats the purpose of capturing your own views and engagement, but if the goal overall for all gardeners is to teach people how to grow their own food, I don't think it can hurt to have recommendations for other YouTube channels people can go to for Zone specific advice.

I ordered by first Birdies Beds from Epic Gardening during their BF sale in 2024. I'd been eyeing metal raised beds for years but didn't want to pay the price, so I jumped at their awesome BF deal!

They were easy to assemble, look beautiful and elevated by gardening game. I was kinda getting burnt out on gardening, but these raised beds reignited my desire to get in my garden. I love sitting on my deck and looking at my lush, beautiful garden with these raised beds.

I got the lowest height version and they are perfect for me. And the green color is gorgeous! Bye bye rotting old wood beds, hello beautiful metal beds.

I love the beds I have! Easy to assemble and we are in the 2nd season with my strawberries. They wintered over beautifully in Wisconsin even without much snow cover.

I've watched Epic Gardening on YouTube for years. Saw that they used Birdies raised garden beds and decided that I wanted to order some through EG. The process of order is quick and simple, though it took a while to get them since they're coming all the way from Australia. They arrived pristine and definitely high quality. Will be ordering from EG again!

The Master Gardener group I coordinate purchased 4 Birdie beds for our Community Garden that we maintain 4 years ago. The gardeners love them, and they have stood the test of Minnesota winters. We were so impressed with them on our next project for this summer, we ordered 8 more beds for a Vegetable Display Garden on our County Fairgrounds.
