Has worked well for me so far. Had a little problem getting correct urls inputed but once that was solved has been good.
Would recommend having automatic updates highlited for everytime you turn on tv. Keeps things current. When you change channels on iptv, it takes a while to update on epg but found a force sync that makes it go quicker.

Time Shift takes took longer to update and sometimes doesn't at all but overall, works fine.

Customer service was horrible and you can keep my money, non of my issues were resolved, proceed with caution

This does everything I could ever ask for. The staff is friendly and answered my questions when I asked.

I have cleared cache on the player. Online at epg.bestI have deleted my list and started the setup again from square 1. Still I get no information for every channel. I had that much before I tried this.

I use the service to fill in gaps on my providers epg. Took a little learning curve and a few channels had wrong guide information but overall it was very useful filling in missing channels.

EPGIP is very easy to use and a good service with many channels. I use it for German and Nordic channels. Been using it for a year now without any issues.

It has nearly all UK freeview TV channels the ones it doesn't have I don't care about such as QVC2 & TBN who watches those ?

Slight issue with plus 1 channels, but I fixed that in Tvheadend by using OTA epg on those channels and not mapping them to the xml file.

Tvheadend gets injected via a cron job via it's xmltv socket, it works well

I've only been using it about a week or so but so far no epg dropouts or issues.

For the price of 100 channels which is more than adequate because it doesn't do radio channels over freeview is worth the subscription.

I've read some of the other reviews and I've not experienced any rudeness when I asked some questions.

Cheap provider, have EPG channels, but lots are wrong and with different time shift that cannot be fixed. I tried contacting them, and the support answer was aggressive and not polite. I am searching for other service currently.
I found another page here on Trustpilot, that is linked to the same website, but with much lower rating, and with very rude answers to reviews, which makes sense.

And I got this answer from them on the site:

Either you do what I say, or you can go somewhere else.

If you are reading this, you most likely have already gave this terrible person your hard earned money only to have him spit on you for daring to ask a single question. This "operation" is run but a single thin skinned individual who is the equivalent of Seinfeld's soup nazi of EPG. If you enjoy bending over to a tyrant who thinks he has invented slice bread, this is your place.

not all the epg channels are available but most are and the service is easy to use, so far so good,

Do not waste your money with these cowboys. Yes you’ll get an epg but most of the time the programme description will say the name of the channel and that’s it! No details - database poorly maintained and where there is programme info it is usually incorrect or incomplete. As for their customer service they are rude, patronising and aggressive and the complete opposite of customer friendly. Be very careful a about wasting your money with them. EPG.worst customer experience and yes no refunds cause they know exactly how crap their service is!
Update:
Since writing this the owner has sent me foul mouthed vile abuse via paypal because I asked for a refund…he is obviously a very unhinged individual with severe psychological problems. Seriously …avoid this nutter he makes Donald Trump look like the pope.

Best epg service have ever known its excellent service very reliable

Incredible service, I have not had to go to support since it always works very well, I have been with them for several years and there has never been a failure

I could not give 4+ stars due to EPIG EPG Data Service does not have hardly or none of the local channels in my area and I can't get 100% of the channels I have with my IPTV Service having EPG Data. So, I ended up going with another source for EPG Channel Data that does cover 100% of my IPTV Provider. I am not going to renew my subscription.

It's the best EPG service you'll find. Excellent product and service: been using it for three years and will certainly continue
