Forensic Delay Analysis Course by EPCM

I am working as a Senior Project Controls Manager for a leading Project Management Consultancy in Qatar. We are managing several FIFA-2022 Stadiums and I am leading the Project Controls and Planning functions for one of the Stadiums. As part of my work I am required to evaluate the Extension of Time Claims by Contractors as well as perform delay analysis on a regular basis. This course has given me an in-depth knowledge of the Delay Analysis subject and has given me the confidence to handle complex claims. Many thanks to EPCM Project Academy and Mr. Mark Sanders.

An Exceptional FSA Course

An exceptional course, whether or not previous knowledge was there the course really pushes the student to understand the concepts in their own manner.
My expectation from this course was to develop my skills on schedule management, enhance my knowledge on Forensic Schedule Analysis and relate my experience with the theory of AACEI 29R03. At the end of the course, I am very delighted to share that this course helped me to improve my understanding and develop some practical skills of FSA of AACEI Taxonomy. I found a big difference between my practices of working in FSA with the theory. The course helped me to minimize the gap between my practices and theory. On the whole, this course helped me in my professional career.

Overall Good

I do agree with Mark’s solution on this forensic analysis. This process is very straightforward and easy to understand and also it is easy to adapt to any project in the form of retrospective analysis. Analysis critically evaluated on its critical path. Forming a summary table for delay shows the actual cause and its effect. This example is real-time and retrospectively analyzed all the crucial delays on the CPM network. Analyzing in Primavera is the best part. Overall this analysis is more interactive and detailed.
