Very disappointing experience. The size chart on this app is completely inaccurate, which led to ordering the wrong size. The return process is extremely slow and inconvenient, taking far too long to be resolved. On top of that, customers are not even allowed to leave product reviews, which raises concerns about transparency. Overall, a frustrating experience — I would not recommend this service.

Instead of the shoes I ordered and paid for, I received a suspicious sweater, which I returned. The company doesn't even seem interested in resolving the issue; instead of a response to the problem, they keep sending me marketing emails.

I bought two pairs of sneakers: Nike Court Vision and Nike Air Force 1. I recently noticed that they are fake. On the tongue, the Nike logo shows the full name, whereas on the original ones it only says “Nike.”

I was a fool for trusting they would change over the years. Please do not buy from this site/app- you will be truly dissapointed.

Don't buy running shoes from them!
They sent me the *youth* version Hoka Clifton 9 on two separate occasions.
At first, I ordered Men's Hoka Clifton 9, size 42. They sent me Youth Hoka Clifton 9. I returned them and they only gave me a partial refund (apparently they had visible signs of wear after my father tried them on). They dismissed my email complaint, but the link to the pair I'd ordered now redirects to the kid's section.
Recently, I ordered Women's Hoka Clifton 9, size 36 2/3. Again, they sent me Youth Hoka Clifton 9. Obviously did not fit and I returned them. This time they did not answer my email at all.
I have screen recordings showing the shoes I ordered in the women's (men's respectively) section on their site.
Avoid.

At all my orders the delivery should be 2-3 days but it takes usualy 2 weeks to receive it. The last order it got lost (i've waited more than 2 weeks for it), the curier didn't drop of the order and epantofi said that i've refused the order (I've asked for proof that they left the delivery at easybox, the code that was never send, - but silence from them . I have all the evidence that this was not the case. Worse experience with epantofi, they don't answer at their website call, if you want to chat online you will wait at least an hour, I've never received a respons by email ......so it's better to avoid if you don't want you're order to came from planet Mars

They are no originals
I buy an ASICS for the gel inside . They copy at best quality the shoe on exterior , only the gel that is specific for ASICS is not present so the shoes are not comfortable and my foot is hurt . I bought same model from Austria and is a big difference

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid with card, my money was taken from account. After one hour I received an email to pay again because the payment was not confirmed by epantofi. I contacted their chat and they told me that will handle the situation. After a couple of hours I received another mail that the order was automatically canceled because was not payed. I again contacted them through chat and the only thing they could do was to give my money back in 3-5 days!!!

Buggy platform that is not customer friendly. I am charged with delivering fees even if product is more expensive than the limit for free shipping. Multiple bugs using vouchers. Conversation with staff that has no customer orientation is dry and wastes time.

All the previous orders I made on this site were ok but now this order was not send from Poland as usual, but from my contry (Romania). I suspect they opened a logistic center here in Romania and this center is run by romanians and thats why I got second hand shoes.

I payed in advance, which i don't recommend for this shop
It took them more than 2 weeks to delivery my order and yet still at this point after 4 calls with their call center i have no order, nor the money back
I will never ever order from epantofi.ro again.

The worst experience in my life!!!! Too bad I cannot use some words to describe the experience I had with this retailer. I ordered a pair of shoes, issues:
1. There was 15% reduction fee if you bought them through the app, I did, and the reduction does not apply if you pay online (there was no such info on the website)
2. I called for reimbursement of the 15% the next day as they were not working the day I ordered, they said if I paid already nothing can be done, only to cancel the order.
3. I asked for cancelation, I was informed that it was sent for cancellation.
4. Another 2 days passed order still not cancelled, called - they said it will be cancelled during the day.
5. Another day passed and order still not cancelled - called and was told that the previous day Poland was on public holiday.
It took 9 days total for cancellation and another 3 for reimbursement.
They need someone new in charge of supply chain and order management.
After purchasing a paid of leather sandal’s 50€ and wearing them a few hours one of them fails already apart. The customer support is terrible on the website the chat section is a loop taking you back again and on the phone you have to choose other option in order to reach someone who does not even know to respond to an exchange inquiry. I am curious how it will work out with the refund and hope don’t have to report this online seller to the Customers Protection too. Wish me luck and unless you do not find the products somewhere else, do not buy from here! The same happened with a guess bag purchased last year too. Maybe it has to do with the storage conditions in the warehouse or they are just receiving poor quality goods.
They sent me another colour of NB shoes and when I claimed that discrepancy , they suggested me quite a complicated way of settling the matter rather than changing with another pair as per my order. On the other hand the actual size is really different from the same brand of shoes I buy regularly so I am not sure they are genuine....
I'll never come back to them....
They sell fake items at genuine prices.
I had multiple orders from them. All of these went well, the product were as expected. They have genuine products at prices that are most of the time way better than you would find in the store. Very pleased with all my purchases so far from this site. If anything changes, I will be back with and update to this review
