    Inaccurate documentation

    Staff are all friendly and helpful to speak to but I received a Welcome Pack with the wrong details i.e.non DD prices which gave me quite a fright and, although your office assured me I am on the correct tariff, the promised corrected Welcome Pack has yet to arrive

    Quick, easy snd helpful!

    I telephoned for assistance with a complicated bill. I was put through immediately to a real human being! No ling wait on hold, and no battling with the AI—I just asked to speak to a representative.
    The representative was friendly and helpful, we weren’t able to resolve the issue, as she needed info from my meter, and asked me to send it. She promised she would call me back on the next business day, and described just what she needed and how to send it.
    Absolutely outstanding—quick and easy, and no eternal waiting for someone while the muzak plays.

    No issues with Eon Next

    No issues with Eon Next. Prices are reasonable, bills are clear and easy to use website. Requests for refunds quickly processed. I just wish they let you pay for what you use, like some smaller providers are doing (like Fuse) rather than bill you in advance for what you might not use.
