Service and Knowledge
I have repeatedly had good service experiences at this store. The owner, Heinz, really cares for his customers. Recently, when my bike was transported to his store it was damaged. Without a word, he ordered the replacement parts and made the change. I didn't have to ask, I didn't have to argue. I didn't have to discover it later! He also helped me set up my bike for a 3,300 km cross-Europe ride and so I trust that he knows his stuff. With that trust, I can buy my bike gear in the future knowing full well that he won't let me down and he will give me an honest opinion. There have been times when he has explained clearly that he has little experience with a product, even though he could obtain it and sell it to me. Other times he has given me useful advice, particularly for the long trip. Enzovelo may be just a local bike store, but it has world-class attitude to customer service, here in Vienna.
