We give a really bad rating, because we had a broken glas, probably due to a combination of bad handling and poor packaging procedure, but we were blamed by their customer service for not controlling the delivery when we picked up the parcel at the food store. The reason we didn´t open the package, was because the parcel on the outside looked fine and we couldn't hear that something was broken. And you never open a package in a food store, unless it's clear that you can observe a damage. Besides there is a long que of people behind you, and no one else ever open a parcel in a food store, so why should we? We will never order from them again.
