My passport experience started off badly. I used the online renewal system, which got stuck in a submit / reject / resubmit / re-reject loop. To my amazement, when I submitted an online complaint i... See more

Not only do they falsely advertise what they actually provide (quick passport turnaround) they NEVER actually del8ver your passport. Instead, they charge more than if you processed directly the US passport agency, PLUS because they dont actually finish the iob, you have to go to CVS to print the photo, firmd AND THEN MAIL IN to the US Passport agency to actually get your passport. They wont refund. They NEVER intend to mail you the finished product. I am going on 2 months over $200. And STILL NO passport in hand. I have reported "Entry LLC" to a consumer protection agency and hired a lawyer. They should not be allowed to scam customers this way.
This is not a legitimate government agency. I misunderstood and completed an application through entry in March 2026. It is now July and I have had no further contact from them. I emailed the company two months ago to cancel the process but, again, received zero response. This is a scam and you should not use them. I’ve seen in other reviews that writing a review like this is the only way of getting actual responses from the company. They will take your money, sensitive personal information, and you will not get a passport.
Edit to add: I received a passport in the mail today 8/3. I only saw any movement on this AFTER posting this review and having trust pilot contact me for receipt details to confirm. I have still had zero contact from the actual company. I continue to strongly recommend avoid using them. They will charge more than you need to pay when you go through a legitimate govt website and I continue to have concerns about the security of my personal information. I did ultimately get a passport though.
Thankful to Emma for her help and her patience with me, very satisfied with the help received.

This is a third party site but is positioned at the top of the Google search for the keywords "renew passport online." On second glance at the search results page, there is a small yellow alert flag with text indicating it is a non-government site but (and this is where my trigger clicking got me) underneath in much larger font is a link to "Renew passport online." Clicking the link takes you to a page with a "renew passport" button and no other indication that this is a third party site. They asked a lot of questions and unfortunately got a lot of sensitive info from me including marriage and divorce dates, parent names, etc. Idiot me just thought the government sure was wanting a lot more info these days :( I didn't go looking for confirmation until I got to the checkout page and the cost was $256!!! plus!!! a $130 "government registration fee" that I could choose to pay now or later. Thankfully this stopped me from continuing the purchase and I went to find out more information about the "registration fee." That's when I saw in the footer at the bottom of the page, in light gray font on a white background, indication that this was a third party site. Concerned because at this point they have all the information they need to do some crazy identity theft, I contacted customer service to get my info deleted. The contact us page offers various text links pretending you can speak with a live person but all links end with the chatbot generating a "case-number" and a promise that someone will get back to me in 48 to 72 hours. Just enough time for serious damage with my identity to be done. If you continue to request a live person, they provide a phone number (202-949-4240) but after a non-helpful message, the number disconnects. I searched and found another corporate number which I also found on entry.com's Terms of Service and Legal Information pages (856-556-3505). This number doesn't even bother with a message, it rings, answers, and then disconnects. I ended up having to send an email to have them delete all my info and withdraw any permissions I accidentally gave them by using the site. Good luck to me right SMH? What's crazy are all the 4 and 5 star reviews on Trust Pilot - are they for real? Who the heck says, "Yeah, I paid more than double what a passport costs AND gave all my sensitive information to this company that has already changed their legal name to Entry LLC from Govt Assist (hmm, I wonder why) and that = awesome customer service."??? Ugh - I hate scam companies!
Updated--I am still upset that they have hidden fees and are imitating a government site in looks, but they refunded my money within an hour. I was not expecting that, so I would say it's not a complete scam site, but it's not needed as the gov site is just as easy and without the extra fees.
Did not realize it was not the official government site until I saw they wanted an additional "government fee". I immediately tried to get a refund and it wouldn't go through. They had already charged my credit card but I can't dispute it on that side until it goes all the way through. I tried to get a human, but could only get a chatbot on the site. Who knows if I'll be refunded, but this is a really shady site and I'm embarrassed I fell for it.
The assistant helped me very well in all the administrative steps but I didn’t get a visa for some reason.
Excellent thank you very much for such a support and I appreciate the facilitation not only by sotware but also by Miss. Emma Brooks. Her contribution to the process was above all.

Basically, paid a large amount for them to fill out my form, send it to me with a return envelope! Said the photo I sent to them was an approved photo, but they never sent it in my package! Having to go pay more money to get the photo that is required to renew my passport. In addition to all of that, it took them Almost a month to send me the kit!!!! Not worth the money to say the least!
These folks are scammers, and here's why.
Too many reviewers have the exact same experience and comments regarding getting, or renewing, a U.S. passport. They are sponsored and appear at the top of a Google search, yet they are not affiliated with the U.S. gov't. They take your money, say they'll expedite the process, AND they provide a cropping tool that allows you to use your webcam to take and edit a passport photo. That's the main reason I used the online service - to avoid going having a photo taking, and then going through the application process.
So they send a lot of updates to you, each one decrying how the process is slower than expected, and "woe is me" information about it's taking so long. The end result?? They said they had sent me kit for shipment and then sent emails saying the shipper wouldn't create a label, and then wouldn't pick it up. What?? So they mailed me the information they had (they sent a semi-completed application to me, WITH my SSN printed out), and right in the middle was the space to have me supply a passport photo. Didn't they already have mine, which I generated online through their site?
Sorry - complete waste of time and money, and they did nothing but hinder the process. I sent to the .gov site and I had my passport in 10 days. Skip these folks.
Their phone number doesn't work. Cannot contact them. It has been over a month since I sent them the application on but no updates whatsoever. Not good.
Emma provided exceptional service throughout my USA visa renewal process!. She was highly professional, knowledgeable and responsive, making what could have been a stressful experience, completely seamless. Her attention to detail and clear guidance gave me confidence every step of the way. i highly recommend Emma to anyone needing visa assistance
