My passport experience started off badly. I used the online renewal system, which got stuck in a submit / reject / resubmit / re-reject loop. To my amazement, when I submitted an online complaint i... See more

It was great! Amazingly clear and helpful communication that made the whole process very smooth.
My interview didn’t go well, and unfortunately, my visa application was rejected because they believed I might eventually immigrate to the USA.
This was my first time applying, and I didn’t realize that certain questions and details were so important during the interview. I have my own small business here and I also own a piece of land, so I have no intention of immigrating to the USA.
What disappointed me the most is that I thought you would assist me and provide me with proper guidance and advice. That is the reason I reached out to you for assistance in the first place. I expected to be better prepared for the interview and to understand which questions and details were important to explain.
I’m honestly very disappointed, especially after spending USD 330 on the application process. It feels like I lost that money for nothing. I wish I had received better guidance beforehand so I could have been properly prepared and had a better understanding of what was expected during the interview.
This was my first application, and I understand that there are no guarantees when applying for a visa. However, I expected the assistance I paid for to help me prepare as thoroughly as possible.
Experience has been great. Service was timely, responses accurate and follow up outstanding.
I definitely recommend this company and its associates.
Do not use this company. I have never been so frustrated with a company as I have with Entry. I wasn't aware I was not ordering through the government; that's on me. I originally sent in my renewal in March of this year, 2026. We are in August and the passport department has no record of me renewing. Entry makes you jump through hoops, charges extra, sets up a call to actually talk to a live person and they never make the call on the appointed time. This happened twice. Also, they promised to refund half of my charges and never did. Terrible experience and my anxiety level cannot handle it any more.
This is scam company not to be trusted with user data.
Their "services" are just form filling with a significant markup, claiming to give express processing, which is obviously not possible as they enter your data into government forms. Use the official sites (e.g. dot gov site for US ESTA).
The pupported amount of users (2M+) and reviews on trustpilot don't make sense given how few engagmenets their google ads get, some things are getting fudged.
Also, don't trust them with your data, just google there CEO: "Scott Zuckerman Spyfone".
Also, look up what happened to their predecessor GovAssist which had terrible trustpilot reviews and went insolvent, yet entry presents itself as a legitimate business helping 2M customers - something is very fishy and potentially illegal.
Finally, looking at the glassdoor of the predecessor GovAssist is very illuminative of exploitative practices to employees who get around US$6 an hour.
Everyone dealing with them should report to FTC and IC3, let's get these scammers shut down.
Disclosure: I didn't fall for scam on their current website of entry.com, but was associated (name listed on bank statement) with TravelAssist which directs in browser to Govassist, which in turn now redirects to entry.com, indicating they are the same operating network with the same scam.

I had an excellent experience with ENTRY LLC throughout my ESTA application process. Their team was highly professional, responsive, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free . Special thanks to Anne Hisoler who provided clear guidance at every step, answered all my questions promptly, and ensured my application was completed accurately. Their customer support was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Thanks to their excellent assistance, the entire process was straightforward and hassle-free. I highly recommend ENTRY LLC to anyone looking for reliable support with their ESTA application. Thank you for your exceptional service!
Emma walked me through it like a breeze.
Completely useless. If I had applied for the visa directly through the US website, I probably would have done it much quicker. Furthermore, they were completely useless in terms of payment support. It took the embassy 15 days to verify that I had made the payment, and I had to deal with it entirely on my own. No assistance was given in scheduling the meeting at the embassy; in fact, they asked me to pay to see if I could move up the appointment. My flight departs in August, and the process began in April. These types of companies should help and expedite the process, otherwise they are absolutely useless. One word: A WASTE OF MONEY!!
Emma Brooks, thank you very much for guiding me throughout my visa application. Your services are excellent and you went above and beyond to ensure I am ready for my interview. Keep up the awesome services you provide. thank you, EMMA!!!!!!!!
This website is NOT a government website. They charge an exorbitant fee to fill out forms that you can easily fill out yourself. Their fee of $217 is only for them to fill out the form and send it back to you. You are still responsible for the government fee of $130-$190. As far as I am concerned, it is a scam operation
This has been a wonderfully professional process of help, support and answering my questions.
They are a sham company. They took all my sensitive information, took my money and gave me the run around for months. I was able to file through the US State Department's website in minutes for less money and got my documents in less than a week.
I would name Casey Miller and Jamie Lee as those who really kept stringing me along by email by telling me it would only be another couple of weeks every time requested information on my application.
I would encourage anyone considering this company to proceed with caution.
I paid for a service that was never delivered as promised. Throughout the initial process, communication was prompt and responsive. However, once it became clear the agreed-upon service would not be provided and I requested a refund, all communication stopped.
Despite multiple attempts to reach the company by phone, email, and message, I received no response. Because they refused to address the issue or process my refund, I ultimately had to dispute the charge through my bank to recover my money.
I’m disappointed that this is how the situation was handled. If plans change or a business is unable to provide a service, the professional thing to do is communicate with the customer and issue a refund. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I hope sharing my experience helps others make an informed decision before doing business with this company.
This was such an easy process. Doing this online was quite efficient and a real time saver. There was only one small hiccup along the way which was resolved very quickly. The prompt follow up and communications by team members (including Jamie Lee and Anne Hisoler) on status of the passport and other documents made this a great experience!
I got fooled.
These folks present themselves as legitimate processors of US passports, but they are not. They provide a service and charge an unnessesary fee (in my case $198) to "help" with the process of obtaining or renewing a passport. You do not need this service. Everyhting you need is free on the official United States government website. ENTRYLLC might not meet the definition of a SCAM, it comes pretty darn close.
Thank you Emma Brooks for your kind predisposición and continúan help throughout the process of getting myself an appointment for the renewal of my ViSA.
All the directions were clear and closely monitored to help the customer.!
Thank you again!

Cyrill did something that I thought was impossible. Thanks, Cyrill.
The Customer Care Team has been very prompt in responding and providing helpful support and detailed advice. I was reassured step by step all the way till approval was granted.
The LLC Entry team then followed up with further advice about safety which again was useful and timely.
The services rendered are much appreciated!
