Very easy!

Rishika Bhalla Customer Support…

Rishika Bhalla Customer Support Executive Enthuse was very helpful, I had a problem fitting my photo to a fundraising page and Rishika was able to resolve the problem almost effortlessly.

What was really helpful was that the main race website was not working as it should and very quickly you are incredibly grateful for precise accurate support.

personal and speedy support

I needed help to set up a fundraising challenge on enthuse. I wanted an overarching campaign that individuals could create individual fundraising pages for. Within a day I had a call with Amanda Sutherland who sorted the whole thing out with me and showed me how easily it could be done. The campaign is up and running and we've nearly made 50% of our target - we haven't even started the challenge yet!

Great response from the Enthuse team

Great response from the Enthuse team, most especially Rachel Spanswick who was so helpful, friendly and patient! It was wonderful to have a friendly voice pick up the phone without any delay and provide further back up via email. Very impressed with the efficient and quick resolution to my queries!

Maybe I wasn’t careful enough

When contributing I didn’t spot that enthuse takes a significant extra % to pay for their administration. I do try to take care but certainly missed this when paying. I am normally happy to support such companies but not by the amount taken. Maybe no one else has ever missed this “slider”. I have spoken to enthuse and the matter has now been dealt with to my satisfaction. Well done enthuse.

Highly recommend

SJF have been with Enthuse since 2022, we run a few ticketed events a year here in Ireland and receive regular donations from our kind donors, enthuse has helped us to provide an easy to use platform to our supporters. Fiona Goemans and Luke are always at the other end of an email when I need assistance (usually because I've missed a simple step), the team are very responsive and I highly recommend Fiona, Luke and the easy use platform!

Issue sorted within 12 hours.

I had a WiFi error in the middle of making a donation to a friend which resulted in two donations being processed. Asked Enthuse to refund one of the donations. Emma Smith at Enthuse had everything sorted out within 12 hours.
