Said they had autel nano coming in as I was looking to buy one , tried 3x times to purchase thro website but there was an issue then wanted a bank transfer!
Felt unhappy number of times Richard emailed pestering me to buy,he even emailed later because unhappy with my review ,what is his problem!
Had to tell him to. STOP.
Felt Very Uneasy with this transaction so declined it, AVOID.

Its really a shame you didn't speak to us before leaving this review, perhaps you would have seen we are a nice and genuine company. We had issues with Opayo that day and we didn't realise until you flagged this with us. We offered you an alternative way to pay which was PayPal NOT a bank transfer. You asked us to contact you when we had stock of these which we did, you had an issue at the payment stage which fair enough isnt great but these thing happen and was completely out of our control and for that we apologise. We were on hand at the time to help you and we replied to all your emails quickly. I'm not sure what else we could have done in this instance - we are not dodgy and I hope anyone reading this review doesn't believe that you need to deal with care. This review made us very sad today - we work really hard to offer the best service. Actual emails below - please make your own mind up....
