Rented off tryon street in charlotte. Car wasn't clean and smelled funny like baby milk or baby stuff. People before us obviously had kids. We had to wipe entire vehicle down before using to g... See more

Outstanding service and professionalism from Enterprise in Aylesbury
Second time within a week of visiting the Enterprise branch in Aylesbury and I'm extremely happy with the level of service I received; in particular from Jacob. His professionalism amd knowledge was outstanding. I was shocked to learn he was a new member of staff!
Would definitely recommend Jacob and the team at Enterprise in Aylesbury.
Scammers Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Scammers Enterprise Rent-A-Car – Charged $1825/-
Scammers charged me $1825! Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a scam. They billed me for a tiny 1.5-inch scratch that was already there before I rented the car. When I picked up the car, they refused to give me the damage report. They insisted it would be emailed later and told me everything was fine. Fortunately, I recorded a video showing all the pre-existing damage.
When I returned the car, they didn't inspect it and hurried me to leave, promising I'd get the checkout report later. They returned my deposit after one day, but then, 16 days later, they suddenly charged me approximately 1650 Swiss francs ($1828). I filed a complaint with their help center, providing the video with location, date, and time stamps, but they haven't replied in over three weeks.
Avoid Enterprise Rent-A-Car at all costs. This isn't a legitimate business; it's a major scam.
Be Warned
Be Warned! Enterprise have taken £35 out off my account 2 weeks post rental for an apparent ‘traffic violation’ with no letter, email or phone call to me to say that the DVLA had recorded this happening. They set up the £35 as a reoccurring payment! Enterprise should not be taking money from an account without advising what for and the details of the incident. Customer service at head office at head office is appalling. Awaiting email from enterprise and DVLA for more information.
Insurance Scam
Enterprise Scam for getting an additional insurance on fully covered insurance. Besides, it took forever for them do logistics to release the car. If possible, please book something else.
Easy car pick up and drop off
Easy check in and pick up of my car. Very helpful employee talked me through the car controls and directed me out of the airport.
Seemless process to hire the car and…
Seemless process to hire the car and excellent service and rates.
A Big shout out to Michaela from Enterprise Moorooka OUTSTANDING.
I had to rent a for 4 weeks while my car was being repaired. I was an excellent car, clean etc.
When I got a call to say my car was to ready collect today I took the vehicle back to Enterprise early. There were no issues no fuss and a refund on the remainder in if the booking. Beside the freindly professional manner Michaela asked me how I was getting to the crash repairs 11 minutes away and when I said UBA - she said she would drive me - WOW.
You get so used to poor service that is it is a great pleasure to find an employee who cares about her company and customers and says a gresat deal about the people Enterprise value.
Kay
Loved renting a car with you
Rented a Mazda 6 at the keighley branch , was abit hesitant with reviews , however I was overwhelmed with the service , easy to book 2 pickup , yes they take a 200£ deposit but respect the car and return it as you picked it up along with the same amount of fuel and it's great ! Wish I could if bought that car off then haha ! Would easily recommend- thankyou!
Fabricated damage on my rental
Fabricated damage on my rental. I have been charged for a new tyre for a damage that I haven’t done. Stay away from Enterprise Barnsley, staff is rude and unprofessional.
Attention Fraud - Enterprise KTW Poland
Attention Fraud! - If no insurance is taken out, they fabricate the damage and claim that you caused it. There is no one on site, and you have no way to dispute it – it is simply systematic fraud, and in my case, they got away with it – by the way, they charged 1200 zloty for it – STAY AWAY from this company, ALAMO / Car Hire Poland Ltd., or force them to come out at 1 AM to document every little scratch you can find to stop this fraud.
Can't Trust What Enterprise Tells You
My insurance company made a reservation for me. I called and asked for a Nissan Rogue. Arrived, and no Rogue. Wound up with a Chevy Equinox. Driving position actually painful. Asked for help. Told that they had a Rogue but close to closing time. No worries, they would hold it for the morning. Called in the morning, oops, they “had to rent it”. Clearly, can’t trust what they tell you.
Later, Customer Service at Enterprise sent me a standard form letter, making clear that there was no problem (pathetic)
Hopeless
Hopeless. I will never use use this company. Refused to release a car to us because the credit card didn't match the licence. My wife had our marriage certificate and another company accepted it so we rented from them instead. They also say we have to wait 10 days for the refund. Crooks. We rent cars often and this is the first time we have encountered this. I'd highly recommend to stay away from these people.
Zurich Airport ScM
After filling up our hybrid at an airport petrol station and driving back the 1,9km on pure battery (electric) power, we were opportunistically charged CHF 4,38 subsequently by Enterprise/National Car Rental by their Swiss franchise.
Be aware, they take the opportunistic approach to cheating their clients for a few franks… this time around they miscalculated and cheated a person that controls global corporate accounts for many companies worth tens of thousands of dollars annually… corporate greed gets you global contract cancellations that you deserve…
Prebooked
Prebooked, but car not ready, 30 mins registration and 15 min wait time to get keys. No automatic which should be standard. Several people ordered automatic with confirmation were all very disappointed. Use one of the other rentals.
Scammers
Dishonest and deceitful staff.
If you have no other option but to hire a car from this company be aware of the £200 deposit which is required upon collection. Take lots of date and time marked photos of the car and tyres upon collection and when returning it. Be prepared to be accused of damaging the car or the tyre sidewall, they are used to taking advantage of honest people. If you don’t pay for all the added protections then they will find problems with the car or tyres and charge you for them when you return it and you won’t have a leg to stand on due to the small print in the T’s and C’s and them having your bank details. Try to get written confirmation from a member of staff that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle when you return it.
Yet again fantastic hire again thanks…
Yet again fantastic hire again thanks to all staff particularly to Katie wow great and professional throughout great clean pristine car inside and out first time at the Wheatley hall road branch Doncaster uk ,normally Kelm st Doncaster but all really nice and professional another hire in four weeks !
UNSAFE
1st vehicle would not start as it couldn't detect the key.
2nd vehicle had a message flash up it was 11 months past its ervice and also a key malfunction message.
Both cars weren't clean.
The itimised invoice added up $ 62.00 less than was charged but no staff member could explain the discrepancy.
According to customer service who basically forwards my feedback/complaint back to the local office says 'Thank you for your feedback' but the car was cleaned, serviced and the key malfunction is a known problem but I guess they rented it out anyway. Use Avis or Herz as this is a backyard operation here in Australia anyway
Thieves in shirt & ties at Enterprise Head Office in England
I recently returned a car I rented on a long term hire to the Old Kent Road Office London England, the staff in the branch were great and made the experience great, But I had to write this review something I don`t normally do, but the treament from the Head Office based in Egham, has left me feeling very bitter, that I need to share my experience with anyone who will be renting a car from Enterprise. When returning the car to the branch I mentioned to the manager that there was a slight blemish to car following a very minor incident with another car, they looked over the damaged and was told it was so minor that they would be able to poiish it out and would not affect my excess which was £500.00.
To my horror I received a letter from Enterprise Head Offie stating that they will be charging me £157.40 for the damage £78.00 Admin Fees and £80.59 Loss of use Total Cost = £316.01 for a blemish that was polished out after 15 mins, because they have access to your debit card and they can take any amount of money they want and you can not stop them, becuse when they ask you to sign the agreement you are giving them that authority, thats why I call them thieves in shirt & ties they STOLE my money with the LIES that I had caused £316.01 damage to the car. I WILL NEVER RENT A CAR FROM ENTERPRISE AGAIN very angry ex customer. Mr CW
Very helpful & friendly staff
Very helpful & friendly staff. Other booking system failed (with another rental agency) so was stranded at airport but Enterprise Rent a Car able to hire one from their fleet. Car was clean and joy to drive.
Dishonest.
Dismal. A complete disinterest in customer service. I’ve had the misfortune of renting from them twice (once inadvertently as I made the mistake of not realising Alamo is the same business) in Geneva in the past month. First time they charge CHF500 for a tiny scratch on the wheel rim that they had no proof wasn’t there at the start of the rental (it was!). Second time they charge for petrol despite having agreed with me in person at checkin that the tank was full. They have no escalation / complaint service so will just do what they like to your credit card. Avoid at all costs.
Your lucky to have one star if I could give you less I would
I am writing this to yourselves, at this moment in time I am appalled and disgusted at a few things that have come to light whilst trying to hire a car from your company, and believe me when I say this, I will advise anyone coming to you or asking advice to not bother as I have no issues with Sol who is only doing what you tell him he can do and he attempted a variety ways to help but unfortunately his hands are tied. But we recently decided to hire a car to take my grandsons 6 an 7 on a family holiday with there great grandparents, whom now I have no option but tell we can not go because of the headache this has caused us. My husband booked the car through your app online on Tuesday the 20th February 2024 he went through the book my car section and paid the money requested, to then go pick up the car to be told oh sorry we do not have that here, but here you can use this car for a couple of days we will refund the payment back to you it will only be a couple of days. So he paid for the car we did not book and did as requested went home waited till today Thursday 22nd February 2024. He took the car back to be collected to be taken to the depot to collect the one he booked originally to be told when he got there he needed to to pay 710.60 he immediately checked the card which was refunded by yourselves to see it had not arrived and asked why the price had gone up. He was then informed oh the 550 you paid online is the hire of the car you also need to pay us a deposit. This was not stated on website or first visit to depot. Then he was basically insulted by someone stating from your risk assessment team well if you can not afford to pay this then you won’t be able to pay for any damages you may get. 1 how dare they assume to now our financial stability and 2 how down right insulting they expect you to return the car with damages. I am appalled that he was subjected to this and it is a disgrace that you think it is ok to talk to people in this manner and what’s more as a business in todays climate I am extremely surprised you are surving especially after now reading some of the reviews posted online which this will be added. I find your service discriminatory, rude and disrespectful. I do hope that for people who are coming to you for support in difficult times are not treated this way as the impact on not only my emotional wellbeing now and that of my husbands but now I have to also break my grandsons Hearst and that of my parents there great grandparents who may not be around to have the oppurtunity to do this again.
I am truly at a loss for how you think this is acceptable for people paying you an exorbitant amount of money to help them.
