I will book with this company again
This was a very positive rent a car experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only wish would be a fully covered all inclusive price from the very start as the insurance was the same if not more than the cost of the rental. May be a good idea to explain to foreigners how the parking disc works as that is confusing for people who dont use that system. Good choice of vehicles.

I was charged for damage I didn’t do. Scratch was found on the bottom part of bumber, hard to see while picking up the car. Be really detailed when checking the car

Very pleasant experience.
Very pleasant experience.
I had my car reserved in advance, paperwork was done quickly and in nice atmosphere. Especially a man named Mats was excellent as frontdesk person, lots of smiles and jokes.
As our specific car (Golf) was not available, I was offered BMW X1, brand new, generously equipped, not even 1000km driven.
Absolutely nothing to complain, I can only strongly recommend.
