Entain Group _ ladbrokes; Coral and Sporting Bet have gone so downhill its so stressing now using their Gambling Controls. They block you when you use them and then keep ringing and asking the same questions even though you could be in profit for the month. Just had another 50 minute conversation with one of their Safer gambling operators who I told her in the end that she was the worse ever operator I had spoken to and ultimately she put the phone down on me.

I am still recovering from the call as my blood pressure levels must have been high due to her questions and the amount of time that she was taking.

One question was did you know you had a spike in your gambling activities in August 2025 -- Do you know why ??? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another question - on the 10th March you were gambling at 1.30 Am in the morning - do you know why you were doing this at this time!!!!!!

Gambling just isn't fun anymore as I have said when you get this happening so often. Gambling is suppose to be fun - well Entain Group - you are not - get your act sorted. As a shareholder I can see why the price has plummeted to under GBP6 per share. Thank goodness MGM are a lot nicer and keep the share price afloat.

B y the way It was the truth about the person who was asking the questions and I yes I was so stressed by the whole conversation that I feel i must warn others what to expect. I am a responsible gambler and have been victimised. I felt that the custoemr service person liked the power that she had. Well Entain if you do not want me to bet with you then so be it as I like using the gambling tools and if you do not like me using them then it states a lot about your organisation

All entain poker sites are rigged I had customer service ring me because I kept sending emails saying rigged system especially partypoker the lady said do you no poker is all about luck and chance and you will suffer bad beats I said yes agree but there is no chance not even a tiny bit on the poker and put the phone down

Scumbags. They have a monopoly in NZ due to a disgraceful government decision which gave them the sole rights to running betting in NZ. Have voided my winning bets (only $2,476 NZD) blaming human/system error whilst I know they have honored and paid out on other bets placed on the market at the advertised prices and at the same time.

Real bad company all there sister sites are fixed to the point of no return do not play for money on any entain poker you have been warned it’s all about just playing there freerolls for abit of time killer nothing more

On 24 July 2025, Coral/Entain concluded my complaint and confirmed they would refund me £1,412.64. I provided all requested documents on 29 July and have re-sent them several times.

It is now past the 8-week UKGC deadline and they still haven’t paid or given a valid reason. I have escalated this to the Sheriff Court (Scotland) and will pursue full enforcement, interest, and compensation for the stress and financial harm caused.

Repeated promises to “escalate” have gone nowhere. Coral have shown zero urgency despite admitting fault.

Consumers beware — if they can delay paying even after agreeing a refund, imagine how they’ll treat you.

Absolutely disgusting how badly you cheat customers. I hope your building and everybody inside burns to the ground you corrupt scum. Nothing fair or random, cheating customers to pay your own fines you disgusting cts.

Received spam from entaingroup.com pretending they were Ladbrokes making out I had signed up, they spoofed the from to make it appear the message came from Ladbrokes but all links and return email goto entaingroup.com. Clearly a scam and a company with no morals.

Avoid at all costs.

The company has made further cutbacks on its gambling site promotions, this has made foxy, coral, gala and ladbrokes go downhill. I have been a customer for over 22years but I'm now choosing better sites as these sites offer nothing worth while anymore

The company's software has many bugs they need to iron out. They don't fix them and instead roll out more updates which have more bugs that disable your gaming, ruin your experience and can crash your computer and therefore not pay out some of the times you win. On various games including slots.

They have repeatedly decreased the amount they are paying out on their free games, pay games and loyalty points structures...several times in the last 2 years. If I had to put a number on it it would be 5 separate times in the last 2 years. Little by little, taking away from both your balance and your enjoyment.

I'm moving to another company, but maybe cos they also have terrible reviews on Trustpilot too. So I don't know.

They say they take responsible gaming very serious and that they also have this somekind of real time- program ADR to detect players that could be possible problem gamblers. Well I can tell you that is not true. They even haven’t got anykind of interest of where the customer gets the money to gamling, even they are aware that the customer wouldnt got afford to play.
They also encourage a customer to chase losses after losing thousands of euros (encouringing is forbidden in Mga regulations).

I write this, because things they say in the website, is not all true and to me they even lied when I asked about the ADR-program. I only wonder, how can they say that they are doing everything by the rules and regulations, even their own, when that is not true.

Not interested in the experience more interested in fixing games and customer support is worse experience. Foxy gala ladbrokes and coral all guilty of harassing players for no given reason, not investigate problems or issues and calling you more or less a lier.
Frustration and harassment

After successfully clearing three rounds of interviews and signing the contract, the HR team was unable to verify my right-to-work status in the UK. Despite it being explicitly stated in simple English that I am permitted to work a maximum of 20 hours part-time on gov.uk, they claimed I was not eligible. This caused significant confusion and wasted both my time and effort.

Unfortunately, this reflects poorly on the company's hiring process. The lack of competence displayed by both the HR team and management led to a highly frustrating experience. Proceed with caution if considering this organization

Entain have made cutbacks on all thir gambling sites, their promotions are awful. When each of their sites were owned by individual companies the promotions were excellent and it looks like as they are taking loses lately its becoming harder to have any hope of making anything back from this company
