After ordering they never sent me a tracking number. When they finally did I learned that my order was supposed to be delivered about 2 weeks ago and was sent back to the seller for no reason (like if I refused it or something like that). When I told them about it they only left me with the choice of paying about 35 euros for them to ship it again or to refund it EXCLUDING tax and shipping + a "refund fee" so I got refunded 90 euros out of a 180 euros order and I never even got to see the package AND it still took me about a month to get a refund as they stopped answering my messages for some times.

I've recently had an order that was of poor quality and attempted to give some of the items a rating between 1-3 stars. After submitting those reviews, I checked the product pages for them and they don't show up. It took me a moment to realize that the website only displays reviews with 4-5 star ratings. I've also tried communicating with the brand about shipping issues and they have been quiet for some time. I'm giving this brand 1 star because it is impractical and are not thorough nor accurate with their information. Proceed with caution.

Sceptical first i orderd i jacket wihch looked super fancy. Struggled a bit to find the correct size and orderd a number larger. Right desicion and my package arrived 2 weeks after ordering. Positiv surprised the opening begun and recived what i ordered.
The only minus is that one of the sleeves was ripped off and hung only a string so had to do a smol sewing. 4/5, gonna order again

I was skeptical at first: a website that scream "dropshipping!" and poor custer reviews, but they actually surprised me.

Context: ordered 2 items, 1st time i order from them.

Review: Good customer care, they respond quickly; their english can be improved, but still they respond. I ordered during the taiwanese holidays so there has been a short delay, but that's okay. My item arrived earlier than expected, and most importantly IT WAS what i ordered (reindee lusion anorak + a crosstac t shirt).

I paid a little more of what i was expecting due to customer clearance, but not too much.

They provided the tracking number very fast, and dhl managed the rest in a very professional way.

Their website can DEFINETLY be improved in terms of design and communication features, but the service behind was pretty good. Definetly will buy again from them.

Abysmal customer service and fraudulent communication, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Enshadower.me provides the slowest communication there is, they take their time to answer a few messages which summarizing the whole conversation can take up to months which has now become years.

and if you're gonna order any clothes please don't do it if you're from far afar, if anything their service is so bad they don't know what they are doing at all.

I bought the wrong size for a few clothes anticipating that they would be european size but turned out to be asian based size the total amount for them was 400$ which was just a pair of pants really and thats it.

I had recieved them which took months but after realizing how they couldn't fit I asked the vendor wether if I could send them back and have them be in exchanged for a bigger size.

also note that most of the stuff the advertise on the store they don't really make its all fraudulence, the website claim to be selling it but as soon you order it they tell you they don't make it anymore.

as I sent them back I was given instructions by the vendor, which I followed exactly the way it was supposed to be yet somewhat ended up in the wrong post office or whatever which I have no idea how it happened but the insufficient amount of information provided by the vendor was pretty much behind the faulty location.

all of this tooks months and months to the point it took a year from their response its slow and their instructions remain absolutely unclear if you're a foreigner you should look away from this website.

I demanded a refund, despite them claiming they can give me a refund, I no longer get responses from them and haven't recieved one almost in 2 months now

they also overcharge you for this techwear which can be bought much cheaper other places.

So you're looking for Techwear that you can afford and be glad about, but you don't want it from drop shippers or sea freight shipping users. On the other hand, you also don't want to buy big name brands because you end up buying the brand or being scammed by some unknown one.

Enshadower is just the thing for me and you.

The reason Enshadower gets a bad rep is because of the combination of the obvious stocked-in-China-so-you'll-recieve-your-package-in-at-least-3-months aesthetic while their website just screams dropshipping.

And you might actually be right. But.
Think of Enshadower as the Amazon of Techwear. It's the place where underground designers in that region get to market and advertise their garments while being able to inherit some legitimacy.

While my singular jacket, which fitted just almost right but had great quality, was delivered within 8 days and was easily tracked in real time on it's final leg to my place through DHL tracking ; the most important aspect with Enshadower, or even Amazon, is consistency, and unfortunately for Enshadower or Amazon, the consistency of online stores will and should always be in question.

This both keeps the sellers/company in check, and the buyers on their toes on what to purchase and seeing if it's up to their standards of legitimacy. And when the consistency fails, you then, unlike some other sites, are able to talk to the seller in a sort of chat box that's accessible and logged on both website and email.

So why does Enshadower get a bad rep?
Lack of trust. It's extremely rare to find people complaining about wrong items or shipping. They're there no doubt, but those were also made almost 2 or more years ago. Consistency is key, and sometimes you got to just trust or even risk it, for the biscuit. (That's why I checked out how much Enshadower has grown as a company and then started with only one item.)

If you can't trust google translate, then trust a human when I say Enshadower is the real deal (so long as you read every single detail ie. designs/fitment), and I can only hope they continue serving the whole world some fire fits under an even more fire service.

I bought almost 200 euros in clothes twice. The 1st order was nice. Quality is okay (not super high quality), but you have a lot of added fees if you are ordering from Europe. Shipping was very fast. But they did an order mistake on the 2d order. They didn't want to refund me the full product and leave me with a cloth I didn't order. Meaning I payed to be bothered by their mistake. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend order by this site.

Bought almost 300 euros in clothes. They sent it to someone with the same name in a different country. And sent that person's order to me. After sharing our personal information without consent,we were asked to ship it to eachother. After seeing the import tax on my order I told them I was no longer interested in receiving the order. They simply did not reply. Not even to offer an alternative solution or come to an agreement. Meaning I payed to be bothered by their mistake. Wildly unprofessional scammers. Do not order from these people.

I placed an order with Enshadower.me on the 10th February 2022. I ordered a jacket and two pairs of shorts. The jacket was unavailable in the colour I ordered in my size (the reason I've only given four stars instead of five), however their customer service quickly notified me of this and offered a different colour or a store credit. I chose the alternative colour. The order took a little while to be processed but it does state on their website that it can take up to 5 days (excluding weekends) for this to happen and it was within that timeframe. Delivery was quick (for ordering to the UK from that part of the world and it arrived on Tuesday 22nd February 2022 a day earlier than projected. The clothes are of a fantastic quality for the price and fit well. I actually spoke to customer service reference sizing and I would definitely recommend you do this. Customer service was first class, quick and respectful, answered all my questions and seemed knowledgeable of the products. I would recommend anyone looking for these style of clothes - who can't afford the premium prices of brands like ACRONYM for example - use this company. I will definitely be ordering again from them in the future. I've seen a couple of negative comments regarding this company on Reddit but that was quite a few years ago now and not long after the brand was established I believe so it could have been down to early teething troubles. Definitely did not match my experience.
