They are a scam. I purchased a dress and didn't like it and they told me I have to pay for shipping to Dubai and it was almost $180 to ship back and the dress was $60.
Do not buy from this company. And they tried to haggle and give me 10% off, then $20 % off and so and so on.

These sweaters are beautiful! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the colors represented are not the same as what you get. Shipping time was reasonable and cost is fair.

Scam alert! I emailed requesting information to return the item. They offered me $5. I have again requested the information for a return, but I am still waiting for a reply. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. They do not stand by their return policy.

My dress looks exactly as pictured, and arrived in a timely manner. It fits true to size. I love it!

My wife ordered some dresses. It took awhile to receive them but they did come. When she tried the on they were all way to big. Now comes the fun part. Originally we were going to exchange them. We spent $200 plus for the order. Everything is done via email with them. When we told them our problem and they responded with an email telling us they would refund $40 and we keep items. I then told the we now want to return them and asked for a return authorization and address to ship the items back. We got another offer for $ then $80 then $100 which said they would give us that amount but it’s not worth returning because it’s in Dubai. I again told them I want a full refund. They responded with they will give us $120. They included an overseas address and said we would be responsible for shipping costs. Funny how none of this process is mentioned on there beautiful website. I’m still fighting for my refund but DONT I REPEAT DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are a fraud

This company is a scam, I received my items,2 of the 4 where okay quality and I decided to keep them BUT when I contacted them for a return they offered 1/4 of the cost to keep the items. I asked for a return label numerous times and received no help, no return label! The customer service is definitely not American, poor grammar used to reply. Do not believe their website about free returns within 30 days! It’s a lie….I will never order from here again.

This company is a scam and fraud. They have cheap fabric, sized wierd, and now won't accept a return and refund. I received the product, tried it on, and immediately contacted them in same day to refund and return. I paid $93 for 2 dresses. They offered me $14 and keep the products. I want my full refund back.

I need to make a return and there is no way to contact them through there site. I tried messaging them through Facebook, and no response. There obviously is a no return policy which is much to the contrary to what their website states.

My only major issue was the length of time it took to arrive, over 1 1/2 months which is not acceptable

Product is well made and I love them. But it took way too long to get here. Runs smaller.

Arrived very late and I had to ask them to send it twice.

Love my items but shipping took longer then should

I received my Order about 5 weeks after placing order. 2 of the 4 items I ordered were exactly as pictured and fit well. One piece was very different than what was shown and the other was slightly different, but doable. Overall, I feel that the size runs small, even a XXL, which doesn't feel true to size. It would be helpful if they showed some of the sweaters on plus size models.
