Dont use! Support is lacking / Software and VOIP is buggy / Intenet is slow, So Glad another service offered to pay for the remaining of our contact to move.

SUPER TECHNICAL SUPPORT. VICTOR WAS GREAT HELP.
I had Victor from Enreach (Telsom) call me to let me know that there was an issue with our extensions.
He was very patient and guided me through the steps of how to set the phone back up. Even when I was getting frustrated, he did not let that bother him. He kept his cool and tried to show me via Anydesk how he needed me understand what he was trying to explain.
I am super happy that he spoke english with me, and overall Victor deserves a raise in my opinion.
I will definitely be asking for him, if we ever have any other technical issues in the future! THANK YOU

Upgrade to cloud based system
We have been with Enreach (previously Network Telecom) for some time and have upgraded to the cloud based phone system. Thank you to the team, especially to Tony Barton who completed the upgrade very efficiently and thoroughly, working between our two sites. There was no downtime and handover/training met our requirements perfectly. The softphone pc/mobile app is great.

Took 3 months before it worked properly…
Took 3 months before it worked properly had to have engineers here 3 times wifi / broadband still not what was promised but ok and phones now all working if I could start again I’d have stayed with BT
