I've completed the Enlifted Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 Verified certifications, and I cannot say enough how amazing it has been. I've been a coach in the fitness and nutrition space for the better part of the last 10 years, and what I learned in the Enlifted certifications has leveled up my coaching skills in a big way. With over 20 years in the health and fitness space, I had been looking for a certification or methodology to take my coaching to the next level. Something that would help me get clients past their stories - work on "mindset" (which I couldn't even define at the time). I heard Mark England on a podcast and knew instantly, Enlifted was it. The certification completely changed the way I see, relate to and help clients and it had a massive impact on my OWN healing and growth journey. The process is simple and works with every one. If you are a coach of any kind, work with people, or just want a better understanding of yourself - this is a no brainer.

Life changing experience

I've taken the level one and level two certifications and I loved both. Since then I've attended numerous workshops and meet ups with other Enlifted Coaches. The teaching is excellent. Learning is well presented and completely interractive. The Enlifted Community is filled with friendly supportive coaches and I'm glad to be a part of it.
