Hello, my name is Sean Wheelwright I am 38 years old and a major specialist in software development and consulting Bay Area tech start-ups. With my own hands I once designed, layout, engineered, tested, encouraged, then managed jobs, then instructed others to achieve that. I help tech businesses grow and succeed. I accumulate, manage and develop business ideas to the point where they can be successfully applied. The 1 thing I have never done with my own hands would be design. To put it differently, I did not just observe the entire life cycle of a job inside, I had been involved in virtually every phase of growth, often at rather large projects. And so, seeing the whole kitchen from the inside, I keep seeing the exact reasons for successes and failures.
Technology start-ups have brought into my professional career the requirement to completely understand the Procedure. As a marketer or communicator, you're useless to your business if you don't understand its character, its own goals, the pains it solves every second of its existence. Launching a start-up is too complicated for one person to do this alone. Even in the event you can do all of the work , you still want colleagues to brainstorm or talk you from stupid decisions, and also to encourage you if things go wrong. Both big IT companies and start-up projects are developing, with the help of consultancy organisations such . In order to help the customer and their IT services to optimise the two internal business and IT strategies. I have had to be accountable for the development of engineering teams, such as interviews, as well as setting clear objectives and organizing team work. I began my career as a very motivated and enthusiastic software engineer specialising in AI, robotics and automation. Later, I started leading development teams, embedding my knowledge in Agile and executing service-oriented architectures.
