I guess you never know how good your choice of bifold company was until a few years down the road when something goes wrong.

So 5 years in and I’ve got a gap between the door and frame and cold air blowing in. After a call to the office and agreeing an appointment time a guy turns up 1st thing this morning.

After a few minutes he diagnosed the problem as a broken hinge and shrunken seal. 1/2 hour later he’s replaced the hinge and sorted the seal, he also replaced the handle which had a dodgy spring. All under warranty.

Totally amazing service.

I am so pleased I went this company.

We’ve just had our second glazing installation completed on our kitchen extension, both with 1st Folding Sliding Doors, and are so happy we went with this company.
Yan and his colleague installed our glass roof and sliding doors, and then the husband and wife installation team visited this week, to install our heritage French doors, and a fixed window and heritage single door.
Both teams were brilliant. The quality of the fitting exceptional (so much so my builder commented that the work was the best he had seen in years) and we are so happy with the result.
Special thanks to the husband and wife team, who visited on Sunday to make sure we had the job finished as soon as possible. They were super friendly and exceptionally professional. A real credit to the company.

We are now 8 years into our 10 year guarantee and over those years we have had great service. Recently, we had a locking mechanism problem and whilst solving the problem, the engineer pointed out that one of our hinges had a crack and we hadn't noticed. A new hinge has now been fitted as part of the guarantee and a thorough cleanout of the door was done as well. Excellent customer service from a very good company.

I had Bifold doors installed back in 2015. Recently I has a problem locking the door. I phoned up and a repair was organized by a very helpful Zaineb. The repair man, Paul did a great job. I have no hesitation in recommending 1st Folding Door. They sell because of their service.

Super doors and great customer service, even 7 years after install. Recently, we had an issue with the doors and 1st Folding were good to their word under the 10-year guarantee as they repaired the issue with no quibbles, no cost to us and with no delay. We would definitely recommend to others and use again if needing new doors.

Great service! We had Bifold's installed last year, and 1st Folding gave us great advice in terms of choosing the product that was right for us. Delivery and installation was quick and easy, even
mid pandemic. We had a slight issue a year on where the lead door was sticking, due to the extension settling. But 1st Folding came back to adjust and fix the issue within a few days of contacting them. Would definitely recommend!

1st Folding Sliding Doors are a very good business. They really know what they are doing, supply great products, great people, and will service installations if and when needed. Really recommend.

I bought my bi fold doors from 1st Folding doors 7 years ago. I have been very happy with them. They look beautiful in use with the very large glass panels and internal blinds. It was only recently after 7 years i experienced a fault that needed correcting i contacted the company and got an email back from the owner as well as the service department. Without any quibble they booked an appointment for the engineer. John the engineer visited and serviced and corrected all faults he found even ones that were not obvious to me at the time all completed under the guarantee. Needless to say the doors are once again working as good as when they were first installed. John The engineer was knowledgeable courteous and explained everything asked. It has been a pleasure doing business with this window and door company and would recommend them to others as they were recommended to me over seven years ago.

Our doors were installed by 1st Folding 8 years ago and they have been fantastic. They look great, our kitchen is warm and draft free and the security is great. This year they required some maintenance and 1st Folding have been brilliant. Can't fault the service. Many thanks.

Whilst we had minor issues with post-installation repairs (as the manufacturer had supplied the incorrect gaskets), the 1st Folding team have responded and procured a speedy repair. The doors and skylight are very attractive and other than the gaskets we have been extremely satisfied.

One of our neighbours used 1st Folding Sliding Doors and we loved the look and style of the windows fitted to their house.

Marcus came out to do the survey and was reassuring ahead of and after we placed the order as I had a few questions about the products and finish.

Our fitters 'Chico' and Jen were brilliant! They're really experienced and went above and beyond to make sure the product was fitted well and had a good finish. This meant having to come out again a couple of days later as some of the trimming was scratched on arrival. During the final fit, they kindly stuck back for an extra 20 mins while we dashed back home after our builder disappeared and left the house unlocked. Thanks for everything guys!

My experience Thus far has been excellent. Our key broke in the sliding door and Zaineb had be a slight to deal with. prompt. kind and to the point. We have yet to have the door fixed but if the rest of the service reflects her enthusiasm and commitment, we shall be extremely pleased. Well done!

The doubleglazed toughened glass was replaced due to a lawn mower incident. Went through the insurance and 1st sliding were quick and efficient to quote and were able to carry out the work quicker than the insurance approved glazers.
The experience of getting a quote from the insurance company was slow and inefficient compared to 1st Sliding! And they fited it quickly, friendly and efficiently!

We ordered slimline sliding doors with heritage bars and a roof light. They were installed this week and they look awesome!
We were so happy with the service from start to finish; from first contact with the sales team (Sahonna and Anastasia, to being invited to visit Seble's house to see the sliding doors in situ, to Richard the surveyor, to Marcus and Danny for their advice, to the installation guys who were amazing and everyone else. We did a lot of research before deciding which company to go with. These guys were competitively priced and the overall impression we got from our dealings swung it in their favour. We are so happy with how the doors look, and the rooflight, and we have and will recommend them to anyone looking for anything like this.

1st Folding recently installed some bi-fold doors in my house, the were on time, on budget and answered any queries promptly. I am delighted with the doors, they look fantastic. Thanks to all the team, but also to Dan and Jen who did a great job with a last minute cat flap and all round checking up of the doors.

Great service from start to finish, initial survey to installation was all excellent. All timings and prices were as stated, everything was clear and sliding doors are of a high quality. I would highly recommend.
