Really frustrated with Eniig/Waoo !
Really frustrated with Eniig/Waoo !! Due to the aquistition (Norlys) and merger with Stofa, they terminated all subscriptions but strongly encouraged customers to move to norlys/stofa. I decided not to, but it has been near impossible to find out what the cancellation process is and how we should return the equipment without being penalised. No clear information can be found on their website(s) and no information provided upon termination - Its like one is being punished for not continuing with them - definately a bad lasting experience that encourages me not to recommend them in the future !!
