Unauthorized and Fraudulent Charge of $481 – Absolute Nightmare

"I am writing this review as a clear warning to other business owners. I am the owner of an e-commerce store and installed Enhencer expecting a professional service. Instead, I have been subjected to an unauthorized charge of $481 on my credit card without my consent or prior notification.

Despite my multiple attempts to contact their support team via email to resolve this and request a refund, I have received absolutely no response. To make matters worse, after I attempted to reach out for help on their social media, they simply blocked me. This is not how a legitimate business operates.

This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the Shopify ecosystem. I have already escalated this issue to Shopify Support, filed a bank chargeback, and initiated legal consumer complaint proceedings.

If you value your business and your financial security, stay away from [Uygulama Adı]. They have shown zero accountability and a total lack of professionalism. Do not trust this company with your payment information unless you want to risk losing your money without any recourse."

As a cosmetics manufacturer in Izmir Turkey

As a cosmetics manufacturer in Izmir, Turkey, we have made an agreement with ENHENCER for 37,800 TL ($844) within the scope of 12 months of digital marketing and performance service.

However, at the end of the first 3 months of the process, there was a significant decrease in our advertising performances, and we lost money, our site traffic decreased and our sales remained below expectations. Although we have conveyed this situation to the parties many times, a concrete, measurable and sustainable improvement could not be achieved. Your roas rate is between 0.45 and 0.60,

Although we have not repeatedly conveyed that there was a commercial loss in this 3-month process in which we lost, no result could be obtained. Despite this, we took an equitable approach and demanded that only the 3-month service fee used remain with them and that the remaining amount be returned.

After this process, we did not receive a response to our phone calls and contacts,

However, the company did not accept the refund of the remaining price, although it could not be benefited from the service. This company, which is alleged to have established OLCAY ÖZTÜRK in METU technoke on YouTube, has created a trust identity by contacting METU and has shaken our faith in METU, we think that companies with this identity and mindset that will harm METU are a waste of time for our country,

Another issue that is more remarkable is that the signed contract and terms of service have not been communicated to us so far. This situation raises serious question marks in terms of both the transparency of the process and the bindingness of the conditions put forward.

The subject is quite clear for us:

It is not acceptable that the price of a service that is not benefited and is not used is not refunded.

These behaviors, which do not suit the commercial ethics and the corporate identity of companies at all, determine the future of the companies, we are not a problem of the remaining amount of 27 thousand TL ($ 603), the way you collect an amount you do not deserve from the companies you have worked with is not nice at all, the real faces of such companies can be seen more clearly with this event, I ask other companies to be more careful and not to get involved with the Enhencer company at all,

Respectfully

Do Not Trust this business in Turkey

Do Not Trust this business in Turkey. They did not provide the serivce, have poor customer support, and ignore customer support requests. They will charge your credit card even though they have not provided the service. They are based in Turkey , so it's difficult to file a USA claim on them.
