Awesome products and amazing customer service, after some mistakes on my behalf customer services helped clarify everything, I received the klone scents and they exceeded my expectations.
Absolutely highly recommend.

I’m so confused I ordered Klone scents but when I click on the link it takes me to enhancedscents.com but has pictures of the 3 klone fragrances I have ordered also it’s coming from china originally it said 3-5days but it’s now been 3 weeks and my order has just arrived at customs awaiting for clearance.

This company is a scam. I ordered a three cent package which was supposed to come out to about $35 a month after receiving that order this company charged me $37 for a membership. I never signed up for not only did they sign me up for a membership and charge me for it, but they actually disputed me not signing up for it through PayPal. Stay far away from them. The scents aren’t even that good. If they were, they wouldn’t have to scam people by signing them up for memberships they didn’t authorize.

Product was subpar, however the 1 star comes from them setting you up for a subscription without any notification. All of a sudden you get charged $50 a month for more of their product and they do not give you time to cancel it before shipping order.

Fraudulent company doesn't send your product asks for more money if you don't reply within a certain time, scam!

Subscription scam. They will take your credit card number and sign you for a subscription without you approving. Be aware they are scammers

This is a scam folks. Once you order they claim you subscribed!!! They want to send items you never ordered. I am in contact with my credit card to stop this scam. Jeff Portland Oregon 4/3/2026

Not only do their products smell awful, but they also subscribe you against your will and withdraw money from your card without your knowledge! In short, they are committing theft!

My experience with Enhanced Scents was extremely negative.

I originally believed I was purchasing fragrance products from a different company I had used before. Only afterward, when I checked for my order, did I realize the transaction had been processed by Enhanced Scents instead.

What made this much worse is that I then received a charge for a VIP membership subscription that I did not knowingly agree to. I never intentionally subscribed to any recurring membership, and I did not want any ongoing billing arrangement.

I immediately contacted the company to cancel, requested a refund, and demanded that no further charges be made to my card.

Based on my experience, the marketing and checkout flow were misleading, the billing practices were not transparent, and this created a very frustrating and unacceptable customer experience.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company. Read everything very carefully before entering your payment information.

Complete scam. They hide that thy are signing you up for a subscription. They will not cancel or process refunds and they don’t even ship you the product leaving you with only one option to do a chargeback which is a huge pain.

They’ve taken $85 without my knowledge
No details on the credit card, phone number or address.
Pure scammers

I ordered one time from Enhanced Scents before Christmas. Hated every scent. A month after the first order I get an email, they're sending me more and charging me $37. I emailed immediately to cancel. They did not. I have disputed with my credit card company, and no one has ever responded to my emails or inquiries via their contact form. Terrible products, scam "subscription" initiated with first purchase.

I bought the 4 pack sample kit. They all have a strong alcohol smell and then they each fade into smelling like sweaty old ladies in a nursing home rec room where they've doused themselves in their expired perfumes from the 40s. I sprayed paper towels and smelled them, got a headache. My husband smelled them and said they smell gross and I should get my money back. They stink real bad. All 4 of the samples were EW. Im 29 and like flower and fruity smells. This was not it. This is for women in their 70s that have lost their ability to smell.

They cancelled my order twice. After the first time I talked with someone and when I went to buy it again the price went up (within 3 days). It was for my wife so I still did it. Then they cancelled again!!

Complete waste of time and constant back-and-forth with customer support.

Greatly disappointed with this business. The barriers to simply give my money to a business and purchase their product is hilariously disgraceful.

I don't recommend supporting this business. They've been unable or unwilling to solve the problem they have artificially created.

They smell like toilet spray, they automatically sign you up to a monthly subscription. They try make it clear on the website you can cancel at any time but you CANT! i emailed for months with no repsponse. ive had to cancel my bank card to prevent them taking more payments.

I cannot get these idiots to STOP deducting in my account and sending this RUBBISH!!!!!!

Do not buy from this company — completely fraudulent.
The perfumes I received did not match the advertised products, and without my consent, the company enrolled me in a monthly subscription and began charging my account. Even after I cancelled the subscription, they continued to withdraw money from my bank. I had to contact my bank’s fraud department to recover the funds and block any further transactions.
This company operates dishonestly and cannot be trusted. Avoid them at all costs.

I HAVE tried to cancel an order I never placed. Contacted the company by email, four times with no one talking notice of my request to cancel.
The product is not as advertised, which is false advertising. I can not emphasise this enough. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR TRUST ITS PRODUCT.
I will have to cancel my bank card to prevent them from taking further money.

Horrible company!!!
I’ve never left a bad review for anyone or any company. I’ve contacted customer service many times regarding the “subscription” that I never authorized. The rep stopped responding after 2 emails back and forth. I asked for a refund and confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled.

I’ve also called customer service- no answer.
Extremely disappointed- I would NEVER purchase from this company!!!
