I ordered an item on September 9th, and received an email on September 17th saying that the order was cancelled. I have no idea why it was cancelled since all of the required info was submitted. I am in the middle of a project, and cannot get an answer as to whether I will receive the item or not. I have sent several emails and their response is that the problem has been resolved. When I reply and ask how it was resolved, I don't get an answer. GRRR!!!! My project is half-way completed and awaiting embossing.

the refi went fairly smoothly but…
the refi went fairly smoothly but upfront i ask about the monthly stimulous that was approved by congress for older americans. the refi was expensive and i have seen no homeowner stimulous. if i did not qualify i should have been told.

I have never worked through a better llender…
I have never worked through a lender with an easier process. We are in our 70's and have worked through a lot of lenders in our life times, having lived in many locations. PLEASE know this is by FAR the best experience we've ever had!!!!
