I have previously been a customer of Engines Plus and historically their own shop provided excellent service. Orders were handled efficiently, communication was good, and any issues were resolved quickly and professionally.
Unfortunately, since transitioning sales and fulfilment through Midland Chandlers, the customer experience has deteriorated significantly.
Whilst the customer service representatives were polite and apologetic, the overall process demonstrated a lack of ownership, poor communication between departments and an inability to resolve a simple problem within a reasonable timeframe.
My frustration is not with the individual staff members, who appeared to be doing their best, but with the systems and support structure now in place.
Based on my experience, the level of service I previously associated with Engines Plus has been lost since the move to Midland Chandlers, and it is difficult to recommend them as confidently as I once would have done.
